Check out these courses offered at major universities. These are a sampling of courses obviously useless to society, not to mention the disconnect from the realities of productive employment. There are many more courses like these. Bloody shame that these kinds of courses are popular among the skulls full of mush who attend college.

Lesbian Lives - DePaul University

The Politics and Aesthetics Of Black Q***r Formations - Princeton University

Ecofeminism - University of South Carolina

Prostitution and Social Control: Governing Loose Women - Oberlin College

Mad Dogs, Vampires and Zombie Ants: Behavior Mediating Infections - Vassar College

Possessive Investment In Whiteness - Stanford University

This is Sparta! - Brown University

How To Win A Beauty Pageant - Oberlin College

How to Rule the World - Bowdoin College

Politics of Obesity - University of California, Santa Cruz

I saw a man-on-the-street video where a fella was asking questions of students on the campus of a major university.

Question: Who is the vice president of the United States?
1 student out of 13 got it right, and that was a guess. The others had no clue.

Question: Who won the Civil War?
Not one correct answer. Most didn't even know what war the interviewer was talking about.

It went on. More questions of similar nature with similar results.

Last question asked of each student or group of students. Who is Brad Pitt's wife? Every one got that one correct. Go figure.

Yeah, grace, let's make damn sure these kids get an "ijikashun".

I couldn't agree more! You ask college grads simple questions about anything and you'll get blank stares, guesses and "I dunno". Unless the field of study is in something tangible such as medicine, engineering or other practical field, college for the most part is a waste of time. Much more could be done with courses in sk**led trades and crafts, for example. Give me someone who has common sense, enthusiasm and a solid work ethic and they could be trained them for any position.

Here are some other 4-year degrees students could take and graduate with no marketable sk**ls:

1. Q***r studies. Washington State, Mills College, DePaul, and others.
2. Poetry. Southern New Hampshire University amongst many others.
3. Star Trek. Georgetown University.
4. Q***r Musicology. UCLA
5. Golf Management. Florida Gulf Coast University and The University of Birmingham.

There are many, many more patently useless 4-year degrees where the students can pile up massive debt with loans and not be able to find a job that pays enough to make the premiums. Even if the field of study is a valid one, most colleges require a whole litany of worthless classes unrelated to the degree itself - which students/parents get to pay for.

The problem is the frauds are banking on many being ignorant and apathetic - it is their power base. Consider this: Have you noticed a shortage of i***ts lately? I rest my case. Go into an urban area where the graduation rates are 25% and 75% or more are members of the Democrat Welfare Plantation. They v**e 96% Democrat. What does that tell you? I will. Typically, 98% of the v***r f***d happens in the Democrat camp. Why? It's because Republican candidates know they would be run out of town if they fraudulently won by their constituents. Democrat supporters could care less as long as their guy wins. Look at guys like Al Franken - if he was a Republican, he wouldn't have sat in the Senate for five minutes. Can you imagine having the New Black Panthers at polling places intimidating Democrat v**ers? Not a chance. Any close race of any significance and the Democrat machine has an army of lawyers waiting for their marching orders. I find it appalling and a disgrace, yet many think it's no big deal.

As President Barack Obama considers enacting executive amnesty for millions of i*****l i*******ts, USA Today urged him not to do it, saying it would "set a dangerous precedent" for future presidents to act unilaterally on a host of "significant matters without the assent of Congress."

Obama enacted DACA via executive fiat in 2012, which has been responsible for the drastic surge in the number of i*****l i*******t juveniles who have been apprehended at the border.

USA Today conceded that "Congress is the only appropriate venue for adopting such sweeping changes in policy" and noted that "Obama himself has said so in the past."

"An executive order affecting a small segment of children brought here by their parents is one thing," USA Today emphasized. "A policy shift impacting millions of undocumented workers is quite another."

USA Today has it right this time. By threatening an Executive Order (EO), Obama is showing contempt for the Constitution and the American people. Our Constitution was written for exactly this kind of action from an unaccountable/rogue regime. What gets me irritated most is the Congress (BOTH chambers) is not raising a HUGE stink over this and other unconstitutional acts by this self-anointed dictator.

EOs are necessary sometimes, but are never to run contrary to the law. We have i*********n l*ws on the books and there is a legal way of amending laws should it be deemed necessary. Rule by fiat is tyranny pure and simple.

I believe you're describing the mindset of the mainstream media (MSM) today and that's we're are too daft to handle the t***h. I have often said that besides having a teenager in your home, you never know how dumb you are until you converse with a liberal (about 90% of the MSM). You will find you don't know how to raise your kids, manage your property, spend your money the right way, run your business, select health care insurance, buy a toilet or light bulbs for your home so they limit your choices or eliminate them altogether.

Wouldn't it be refreshing to bring back journalism and have the media simply report the facts without their political agenda mixed in? We're adults and can make up our own minds, right? In the book, Biased by Bernard Goldberg of CBS News, he describes how news and commentary is slanted or eliminated to form public opinion. To offset this, I use "trust but verify" most of the bigger stories instead of taking what they say at face value.

Have a great week! 8-)

More Phantom Jobs Created–All In The Wrong Places
education is not the answer

Paul Craig Roberts

While the MSM sings accolades to this regime, the rest of us who pay attention know their reports do not pass the "Smell Test". For example, to hear "seasonally adjusted" means they are cooking the numbers. It's a fudge factor which really doesn't report the true numbers.

How can the unemployment rate drop when the participation rate drops? (U3 vs U6 BLS statistics) In other words, there are LESS people working, yet the unemployment rate is lower.

What about the millions of workers who got their hours slashed because their employer didn't want to pay for ObamaCare? That really has to "help" the economy when someone goes from 40+ hours a week to 28 and then see the premiums and deductibles are sky high and basically unaffordable. This means families have less money to pay higher costs. Only in Fantasy Land can this be good.

The t***h is we are seeing the economy shrink while many people still have hopes of landing a good-paying job. The smoke and mirrors, lies, distortions and media celebrations will continue, but less and less people are falling for it. I suppose this was the same way in the former Soviet Union when they would report record crop harvests from their collective farms, yet anything that could float was in American and Canadian ports buying up all the grain they could get.

This regime touts a recovery, yet for college grads who are now looking for work are having a tough time of it. Additionally, I read these people are making some $3400/yr less than in 2000. I suppose that's the bounce-back they get for v****g for Obama. Raising the minimum wage, a concept mentioned in the C*******t Manifesto, will make student life even tougher for our younger people to find a chance to make some money while going to school.

Until this regime is finally ousted and all the sycophants are sent packing, recovery will not appear. E******ns do indeed have consequences. http://scgnews.com/the-contraction-of-the-us-economy-no-it-wasnt-because-of-the-harsh-winter

(I am using a short quote for simplicity):

"From an ethical point of view, then: a fetus is not a person but a fetus should nonetheless be protected to some extent because it is growing towards full personhood. So a fetus should not be destroyed or harmed except for very good reasons. The high status given to a fetus is demonstrated by the fact that Jewish law permits desecration of the Sabbath in order to save the life of a fetus."

This is contradictory (the parts in red and in italics). How can a fetus not be a person, yet the Sabbath can be desecrated to "save the life of the fetus"? If after 60 days all the organs are developed and working, at what point can anyone say this now becomes a "person"? Can the unborn feel pain? Can it feel ill? Can it feel restless? Are the kicks an expectant mother feels merely a figment of her imagination?

My point is the unborn are humans. Granted, they can't recite the Star Spangled Banner or run the Boston Marathon, but they are indeed humans. Do we have the means or is it moral to identify which humans are actual people or are they all people? History has shown this has been attempted in the past by de-humanizing black people, Jews and many other people who fall out of favor with the majority. As civilized people, we know in our hearts this is wrong, yet if it is done to the unborn, it is called "choice" or "a woman's health issue" instead of an unborn baby.

It is the act of de-humanizing unborn babies which makes aborting them more palatable as they aren't regarded as real people when we know they truly are. Additionally, if babies were not de-humanized, the a******n mills would be out of business. If you will recall, the most strident opponent to the so-called "morning after pill", RU-486, was Planned Parenthood because a******ns are big business.

Lastly, I will say the most beautiful sound ever created by God is the sound of hearing a baby laughing - it's infectious! :-D

You may or may not agree with my points of view, but you did ask for it. Have a fantastic day!

Edit: Punctuation.

Thanks for your reply - I do appreciate it.

You're right about trusting people today. The day when a man's word was his bond and a handshake was better than any contract are gone. Honor, like common sense, is in short supply as too many regard these traits as old fashioned or outdated. In politics, these principles are as common as chicken lips. Yes, there are a few who stand out from the crowd as people of character and integrity, but not nearly enough to suit me.

It is due to this lack of honor we as Americans who want a better life for our children and grandchildren MUST hold our elected officials' feet to the fire. V****g is not enough and our Framers were well aware of that. Although it is impossible to get a perfect candidate into office, we can make improvements by keeping a watchful eye and make phone calls and/or letters when he/she screws up or actually does something beneficial to most people.

Misinformation seems to be your forte.

It has been said Democrats claim compassion when they get more people on food stamps. Republicans claim compassion when people no longer need them. Democrats want more and more families on public assistance because it's easier to control them. After all, on the Democrat Welfare Plantation, about 95% v**e Democrat and you can see how well that has worked for these fine folks. Republicans want more people working to support their family.

Personally, because the Democrats have shown themselves to be unmitigated liars, thieves, and moral reprobates, I simply cannot understand how anyone could possibly call themselves a Christian and a Democrat in the same breath. After all, it was at the last Democrat p**********l convention they booed God. What does that tell you?

I am a devout Christian and a Republican, but I am a Republican who has both eyes open - one who doesn't blindly support anyone with an (R) next to their name. I also encourage everyone to do their homework before e******n time and study all the candidates.

One thing is certain: Nearly all politicians say, "SCREW YOU!" just like, "Trust me."

In an op-ed published Friday at The Blaze, former Libertarian vice p**********l nominee Wayne Allyn Root minced no words calling Barack Obama a c*******t tyrant out to destroy America.

"The cloak is off. Obama is no longer hiding his plans to destroy America. For anyone who isn’t blind, deaf or very dumb, it’s now all out in the open," he wrote.

Worse yet, he added, recent events show Obama is "accelerating the destruction of America."

Root said that Obama has decided to "go it alone," sensing that Democrats are set to be shellacked in the upcoming midterm e******ns.

And, he added, Obama is set to do as much damage to America as he can during the next three years without regard to the rule of law, the Constitution or the American people.

"He’s finally taken off the mask and shown himself to be the true c*******t tyrant he is," Root added.

He cited the recent CBO report showing that Obamacare will destroy the equivalent of 2.3 million full time jobs, and said this is exactly what the president's signature law was intended to do.

Making matters worse, Obama's supporters and propagandists heralded the news, telling America that the loss of so much labor is actually a good thing for the country.

"But letting middle class wage earners and small businesses pay for all those who want to be freed from the need to work, so they can enjoy their free time and pursue their hobbies isn’t 'choice.' It’s theft," he wrote.

"Folks, it is time to stop treading lightly and being politically correct. Let’s call it what it is. This is c*******m, pure and simple," he added.

He also cited Obama's unilateral changes to the healthcare law, saying his numerous changes mimic "the traits of c*******t dictators and tin-pot tyrants."

An infographic released by the RNC and published at Townhall shows a timeline of Obama's unilateral changes to the law.

So far, Townhall said, Obama has unilaterally changed the law 27 times.

"Obama," Root said, "obviously believes he can change any law he wants, at any given hour, of any given day."

Recently, the president announced he would use his pen and his phone to enact his agenda, bypassing Congress whenever and wherever he can.

In addition to unilaterally rewriting Obamacare, the administration loosened rules for some immigrants, allowing those with "limited" terror ties to enter the country legally and placing the IRS in a position to oversee corporate staffing decisions.

"Plain and simple, putting government in charge of the decisions of a private business is the very foundation of c*******m," Root said.

All of this destruction, Root added, is coming from just one man -- a person he said is "no longer hiding the fact that he is a tyrant, dictator, c*******t, and h**er of America, capitalism and Judeo Christian values."

He concluded by asking: "Who will stop him?"

Some Republicans have threatened impeachment, while others -- like Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky. -- have filed a lawsuit to stop Obama's actions regarding the NSA.

Recently, however, Judge Andrew Napolitano said a judge would likely toss the suit, saying Congress needs to begin impeachment.

But it seems few in Washington have the stomach for that fight, and a Senate controlled by Harry Reid would never v**e to convict or remove him from office.
In an op-ed published Friday at The Blaze, former ... (show quote)

Impeaching Obama now is useless. If he were impeached by the House for high crimes and misdemeanors, the Democrat Senate wouldn't convict Satan if he had a (D) next to his name. Timing is everything and right after the November e******ns, when so many Democrats who supported ObamaCare and his brand of tyranny are sent packing, will it be time to oust this Castro wannabe.

The problem I see is if Obama is thrown out on his ear, does that mean we have i***t Joe Biden to serve the rest of his term? How about going for proving he wasn't eligible to hold the office in the first place? This way everything he's done will be void and America will be put on the fast track to recovery. The cherry on this sundae will be having Obama serve a long term in Fort Leavenworth.
