image.pngFor years, I've heard American l*****ts say Sweden is proof that socialism works, that it doesn't have to turn out as badly as the Soviet Union or Cuba or Venezuela did.

But that's not what Swedish historian Johan Norberg says in a new documentary and Stossel TV video.

"Sweden is not socialist -- because the government doesn't own the means of production. To see that, you have to go to Venezuela or Cuba or North Korea," says Norberg."We did have a period in the 1970s and 1980s when we had something that resembled socialism: a big government that taxed and spent heavily. And that's the period in Swedish history when our economy was going south."

Per capita GDP fell. Sweden's growth fell behind other countries. Inflation increased.

Even socialistic Swedes complained about the high taxes.

Astrid Lindgren, the author of the popular Pippi Longstocking children's books, discovered that she was losing money by being popular. She had to pay a tax of 102 percent on any new book she sold."She wrote this angry essay about a witch who was mean and vicious -- but not as vicious as the Swedish tax authorities," says Norberg.

Yet even those high taxes did not bring in enough money to fund Sweden's big welfare state.

"People couldn't get the pension that they thought they depended on for the future," recounts Norberg. "At that point the Swedish population just said, enough, we can't do this."

Sweden then reduced the government's role.

They cut public spending, privatized the national rail network, abolished certain government monopolies, eliminated inheritance taxes and sold state-owned businesses like the maker of Absolut vodka.

They also reduced pension promises "so that it wasn't as unsustainable," adds Norberg.

As a result, says Norberg, his "impoverished peasant nation developed into one of the world's richest countries."

He acknowledges that Sweden, in some areas, has a big government: "We do have a bigger welfare state than the U.S., higher taxes than the U.S., but in other areas, when it comes to free markets, when it comes to competition, when it comes to free trade, Sweden is actually more free market."

Sweden's free market is not burdened by the U.S.'s excessive regulations, special-interest subsidies and crony bailouts. That allows it to fund Sweden's big welfare programs.

"Today our taxes pay for pensions -- you (in the U.S.) call it Social Security -- for 18-month paid parental leave, government-paid childcare for working families," says Norberg.

But Sweden's government doesn't run all those programs. "Having the government manage all of these things didn't work well."

So they privatized.

"We realized in Sweden that with these government monopolies, we don't get the innovation that we get when we have competition," says Norberg.

Sweden switched to a school voucher system. That allows parents to pick their kids' school and forced schools to compete for the voucher money.

"One result that we've seen is not just that the private schools are better," says Norberg, "but even public schools in the vicinity of private schools often improve, because they have to."

Sweden also partially privatized its retirement system. In America, the Cato Institute proposed something similar. President George W. Bush supported the idea but didn't explain it well. He dropped the idea when politicians complained that privatizing Social Security scared v**ers.

Swedes were frightened by the idea at first, too, says Norberg, "But when they realized that the alternative was that the whole pension system would collapse, they thought that this was much better than doing nothing."

So Sweden supports its welfare state with private pensions, school choice, and fewer regulations, and in international economic-freedom comparisons, Sweden often earns a higher ranking than the U.S.

Next time you hear democratic socialists talk about how socialist Sweden is, remind them that the big welfare state is funded by Swedes' free market practices, not their socialist ones.

V**ers who win a provident nation will get not only the most prepared nation but also the most prosperous nation because its Congressional spending would generate the largest annual federal budget deficits, which is exactly equal to the sum of our annual trade deficit plus our annual private net savings. While the United Nations agreed to flood Western nations with thousands of strong, able-bodied young men to overwhelm our security forces, our healthcare system, and our finances to feed, clothe and house them, there is yet another way to reduce our ability to deal with the invasion. The system began some time ago, and although we cannot be certain that this was their end game, it is certainly another method of realizing the left’s aspiration of globalism. It is time to gather the many components.

The Women’s movement began with the right to v**e in the 19th and 20th centuries, evolving into every facet of their lives in the ‘60s,– sexuality, family, and work. The National Women’s Studies Association (NWSA), established in 1977, focused on social t***sformation, rethinking g****r, bio-politics of humanity, post-capitalism, revolutions and utopian projects, environmental justice, c*****e c****e, and more. Often repackaged, we see these concepts increasingly governing our schools today, disturbing trends for today’s students.

Beginning with kindergarten, many American and European schools have implemented programs to discourage “best friends,” to keep the youngsters more isolated and lonely, including relinquishing human interaction for computer hours. Common Core’s standards redefine the teachers as facilitators who are less involved with actual instruction, and disdain objective t***h for the subjective opinions of the students. Students despair through the lack of a solid foundation of academic and personal sk**ls.

Common Core standards owes its implementation to its architect, David Coleman, who has no background in academia; Barack Hussein Obama; Bill Ayers, leader of the ‘60s counterculture movement, d******c t*******t and elementary education theorist; and Arne Duncan, later US Secretary of Education. Their philosophy was education for a revolution. Simple math emerged as extensive, frustrating mathematical problems. Classical literature, considered responsible for improving vocabulary, creative thought and expression, was replaced with dystopian writings and corporate texts, peppered with l*****t ideology and resulting in contempt for reading. World religion became historical revisionism, omissions, and bias dev**ed to Islam with intrinsic Judeophobia. Texts and schoolbooks depict Americans as colonialists, conquerors, and s***ers, and the presentation of our founding fathers, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Emancipation Proclamation, leave our children humiliated about their heritage, angry and eager to destroy historic statuary and monuments. The result is an intense anxiety in our children, fear of school, anger, sleeplessness, bed-wetting, and even self-m********n.

The blind acceptance of a foreign element that rejects our American values is yet another threat to our students. The implementation of the concept of diversity actually divided the children who were once only American students striving for an education. Rather, the mirage of diversity has separated the students by race, heritage, g****r; assimilation has been replaced by confrontation. No longer are they judged by achievements and grades, but by skin color and ethnicity. The buzz word, ”e******y,” is now applied to outcome, rather than to opportunity, so that standards must be lowered to provide all with an equal comfort level. Thus, leading universities began to establish a quota system based on group identity instead of on individual ability, encouraging diversity but using it to separate one from another, pit one against the other, and diminish the importance of the camaraderie and commonality of the school experience and Americanism. This is social engineering – denying this generation the aptitude and intellect to discern fact from fiction, right from wrong.

Another injustice ensued when young women were blaming chauvinism for the jobs they did not land, forcing companies to make the necessary hiring accommodations by g****r and ethnicity, rather than talent and ability, a palpable problem in medicine and other fields. Such was the case of the Obama-era FAA hiring rules that placed air traffic controller diversity ahead of safety.

Men were now not succeeding as their fathers had, not able to support their families if they married, and often not marrying because the young women are managing well enough with socialist welfare checks. The fathers are pushed to abandon what should have been their new family.

Many young women in school have been imbued with a disrespect, even contempt, for men, particularly white men, which vilifies our history and suppresses a flourishing civilization. It was certainly evident with the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, when women were seen screaming and pounding on locked doors, willingly charging him with unproven crimes. Further, the assault on free speech gives credence to silencing anyone with the accusation of “h**e speech,” or “behavioral t***sgressions.” Boys and young men who, through the ages, have been the ones to initiate courtship are now deterred because of potential accusations of offensive speech or aggression. Many universities now employ a Bias Hotline, where anyone may report any conduct or speech seen as offensive, intimidating, demeaning, degrading, marginalizing, victimizing or threatening to another individual. The victim could be fined, suspended, or even dismissed from the school.

Another depreciating and seriously damaging influence is the schools’ indoctrinating young children to accept t*********rism, replacing our pronouns for two g****rs with an appalling variety of choices, so that teachers may be fired if they accidentally lapse into the God-given two. Nontraditional families and cross-dressing are also approved. Boys who have always been acclaimed for healthy masculine traits that enable them to succeed in our military and police forces may now be subjected to ridicule, harassment and shame by the teacher. Is it any wonder that the suicide rate for boys is four times higher than that of girls?

And finally (or is it?), citing evidence that boys have become maladjusted, low achievers, truants and delinquents, inattentive and rebellious, depressed and desperate, with a shorter life expectancy, Brown Universityhas implemented a program to “unlearn toxic masculinity,” which can only further emasculate boys. Rather than analyze society’s role in weakening and devaluing them, robbing them of their natural maleness and function, this university has chosen to hasten the process. And can I even find the words to discuss the l*****t assault on our sanity, as they declare that boys can m*******te? We recognize the strategies, but what lies behind this war against our male population?

The power hungry who seek to rule the globe as one governing entity, g*******ts, (including our own Shadow Government) or caliph**es, do not have the manpower and defense technology to overcome our population, our citizens’ abilities and spirit, so that other means would have to be found. The only course open to g*******ts is to overwhelm Americans with an alien population; hence, we are being beset by the migrant masses and determined opposition to the border wall for protection. Another would be to weaken America as President Obama depleted our military by spending down and sending ~$33.6 billion to Iran, reducing our armed services and allowing equipment to age without replacement, and denigrating our police.


The strategy of weakening America’s manpower is being implemented in order to ensure that our youth, our future military, remain uninspired, untrained, and emasculated. It would appear that they are being converted into a non-reasoning, obedient, s***e sect, a modern-day form of Pharaoh’s eunuchs. Then, should enemy forces advance, there would be few true men left to do battle for our existence.

MODERN MONEY MACROECONOMICS

Our economy has rarely been in a state of full prosperity but we can and should have a normally prosperous economy. How we can make that happen? Read on to find out how and where Congress’ money flows through our economy.

When Congress spends on infrastructure, it creates new dollars out of thin air, circulating the money in the domestic private economy. (Also, out of thin air, banks create credit, which private industry uses to build physical things (real assets) but, with loans repaid, cannot create new dollars (financial assets).

Dollars exit circulation either as federal tax payments to the Treasury (where they are destroyed before they can be used) or, as deficit spending (adding to federal debt), eventually saved in private bank accounts, domestic or foreign.

From savings, dollars may re-enter circulation for more consumption, may buy federal debt or private debt/equity, or may be invested in municipal bonds to create public infrastructure. Thus, Congress’ deficit spending yields infrastructure, savings, and consumption - all the ingredients of prosperity! So, the more deficit spending we have (until the onset of harmful inflation), the more prosperity for us!

The Fed, by controlling bank interest rates, can contain harmful inflation caused by bank credit. Thus, Congressional spending is limited only by the availability of goods and services it can buy in the market without harming private commerce.

So, Congress can indeed afford free healthcare and expense-paid education for all because these goods and services are either available in the marketplace now or can be duly produced by our industry, much more capable now than during its “miraculous” World War II expansion, effected mostly by women and old men.

So, when electing a Congress, citizens v**e for their future economy: either for prosperity, if they v**e for the big spenders, or for recession, if they v**e for the deficit hawks. May they choose well, with their grandchildren in mind!

Federal debt? With Congress’ OK, the Fed can buy any amount of deficit spending directly from the Treasury, as Japan’s central bank is doing and as former Fed Chair Ben Bernanke has recommended. Being no longer on the gold standard, Congress has no financial need to borrow from the private sector but, for commerce, our treasuries are still convenient tradeable assets. Foreign exporters own about half of our federal debt and we benefit from the trade deficit!

It was over a year ago that I made a post about some of what may be coming at us, and true to the webmasters predictions, some if it has already come true. Some of it has already been verified as ready to happen. Some of it is now in the late stages planning and close to action, so I see no reason to believe any other outcome than what I read and hear over a year ago.

So, what was it that was predicted over a year ago...??

The FBI and CIA would be in the crosshairs of some really eyeopening stuff, collusion, criminal conspiracy, e******n r*****g (or attempted) and coverups of the wildest nature that would make Nixon's Watergate look pale by comparison. You're seeing the rest of the story. You're seeing it more and more day by day, what the FBI and CIA and NSA did to cover up for the O' and the Clinton's crime cabal all while trying to take down Trump.

There would be a purging of the O'Bammie era snake pit like we had never imagined. What happened..?? James Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan, Loretty Lynch, Andrew Wiesman, and a host of others would bite the bullet and go down squirming. What happened...??? You know the rest of the story.

And the best is yet to come.

The Clinton Foundation is now being investigated for money laundering and fraud on a grand scale. Seems that the Clinton's used thier foundation as a personal slush fund. I know that those here on OPP that fall in the snowflake lunatic category find that ok. Ya, perfectly normal. But to think Trump may have done some of the same thing on a MUCH smaller scale and you lunatics howl bloody murder.

That was the best Mueller could do..?? I mean a dirty cop good at framing people should have been able to come up with at least SOMETHING to do with the Russians.... Only problem there is, when all the Russian stuff started coming out, a lot of it led back to O' and HitLIARy...

Just today, there is the article going around about Trump pulling out of Syria, which I posted about - again - over a year ago. And the loonie liberal left went bonkers on me for being a 'Conspiracy Nutcase'. Well, goobers, it happened. What do you say now...??? And of course the warhawks and such in the political theater all went nuts about it. Did you ever stop to consider we don't need to be in Syria...??? Trump just nixed the g*******t plans to take down 7 countries in 5 years. Not to mention create hardship and despair for over 5 million people... along with ruin (by massive immigrant migration) several other countries.

Then there is the stock market issue. Going up, not wait,,, going down..... and the crowd goes wild. ITS GONNA CRASH they all cry. Really...?? The stock market has gone up down for years. If you're smart, you know how to ride the tide. Only childish little minions cry the sky is falling everytime there is a fall in the market. And, here is another prediction for the loonie crowd to go apesh^t over. After Jan 1, Trump and some of the good guys are gonna crash the market to -0- just to restart it and reset the currency. Its already in the plans. Nathaniel Rothschild is supposedly in on this as well as the "Group of 5" which includes THE prominent Swiss Banker that was just recently a survivor of an assassination attempt. And man, is he PISSED. The WDS out of China and the BRIICS countries are now working together to bring in this new currency. And this is one reason you see the UK flailing like a wounded goose in the swamp...

It has recently come out that Russia, China, India and Iran have all agreed to and implemented ways to trade around the petro dollar. End of US hedgemony here...?? And I read an article today that a wealthy investor out of Italy is going to finance the natural gas pipeline's and drilling ventures in Russia's artic. Wow, imagine what would have been possible if the US hadn't gotten all stuffed shirt and bully about the sanctions stuff..?? Our investors could have gotten in on that ground floor opportunity. But, thanks to sanctions, US investors can't get in on that ground floor opportunity.

In case you missed it goobers, I made this prediction from the 'Conspiracy Theory' websites over a year ago - again - and now its looking like its gonna happen sometime after Jan 19, 2019... Now, what do you say OPP left wing lunatics...??? Any choice put downs here..??

It is self-evident that l*****ts don’t agree with any of this, except, perhaps, that it is historical. When they say America was never great, we must assume they also refer to this milestone in mankind’s experience.

L*****t liberals reject and despise each of the fundamental (and self-evident) t***hs as codified in our founding documents.

They despise the God-given gift of life by claiming unborn babies -with beating hearts no less- are nothing but a blob of tissue. They do this in order to preserve an irresponsible lifestyle that elevates the act of sex above responsibility for its consequences. Doing so puts their own “rights” above those of others. Note that the quote says “all men are created equal; that *they* are endowed by their Creator”. By speaking in the third person “they”, it emphasizes the recognition of other people’s rights, not just our own. For l*****ts, instead, it is all about “I, me, mine”.
Case in point: contrary to l*****ts, an unborn baby isn’t part of a woman’s body anymore than a parasitic worm would be. “They” the unborn, by having been given a life of their own, also have unalienable rights bestowed by God which rights are alienated by l*****ts.

Next, L*****ts don’t believe in liberty. They despise it. If that wasn’t true they wouldn’t be so concerned with policing and thereby destroying free speech, they would despise any attempts at imposing only politically correct speech. Wanting to dictate how people think is not liberty, rather, its the opposite. L*****ts love the opposite of liberty. L*****ts love oppression as long as they are the oppressors!

L*****ts also despise the concept of the personal pursuit of happiness. What they have to replace it with can best be described as “collective happiness”. In other words “their” happiness, certainly not those of us who don’t appreciate their godless worldview. For us they have a****a. If we don’t conform to their way of thinking, they are bound and determined to make us anything but happy!

Which leads to my last two points- L*****ts don’t believe in The Creator anymore than they believe in our unalienable rights given to us by Him. Thus they want to play God so they can appear to be the benevolent bestowers and protectors of our lives, and any liberty we may be “privileged” by them to have (as opposed to our rights), and even define for us what should make us happy.

In other words, l*****ts won’t ever be happy without themselves being the masters in the oppressive s***e culture that we conservatives have been battling since at least the American Revolution. The l*****t idea of the pursuit of happiness is to pursue destroying the right’s idea of their pursuit of happiness!

And that is why thinking people are walking away (#WalkAway) from the left.

And that’s why the rest of us say, “America, love it or leave it”, because we do love it, and for you l*****ts to “fundamentally change” it, you would have to become the oppressor you outwardly claim to despise, and nobody likes a two-faced, double-standard, hypocrite!

The first time I saw the man, I was on the way to my office. I thought an errant 60s Hippy had gotten caught in a time warp. A few days later, I ran into him (literally) coming around a corner in that same hallway of the building where I have my office. I was taken completely by surprise. It was almost midnight and I had expected the corridor to be empty... and apparently he had as well. We both stopped dead in our tracks.

"Sorry," said I.

"No. It's my fault," said he, and that was that.

I don't really remember how the next few steps in our relationship were covered but after a week or so of terse mutual acknowledgements he invited himself into my office to introduce himself to Sam, my office cat.

Sam is a pretty fair judge of character and his dash for cover upon seeing the intruder served to confirm my own growing apprehension. The janitor remained undaunted and in repeat performances of that first approach to Sam, finally, after doffing that hideous chapeau, he began to make inroads into Sam's heart; ultimately becoming one of Sam's favorites.

It became an office ritual that he would knock, enter, sit down in the chair I have by the coffee table next to the door, and begin to talk... and talk... and talk.

He went endlessly on about his conversation with Kris Kristopherson; all, apparently, two lines of it; one line his, one Kristopherson's. The hand shake was spoken of as if it were the high point in his life.

Oh, and he knew every detail of the lives of Lennon and McCartney, had every Grateful Dead recording ever offered to the public, worshipped the likes of Janis Joplin, Arlo Guthrie, and, I think, but I'm no expert, knew every word of the dialogue for Alice's Restaurant.. and all of the backstory as well.

After a couple of months, his 20 minute visits had stretched into 90 minutes and his affection for Sam became overly obvious. That relationship with my cat freed him of wh**ever other inhibitions he might have had and I was treated to all of the personal details of his life.

Seems he had been married three times. His most intense memories were of his first wife and their vagabond life in their VW bus. He had a daughter with her but she took that little girl and abandoned him. He never understood why.

Most of the women he knew along the road of his life wanted to crawl into bed with him, to hear him tell it.

His wives were always being mean to him... until they left him and his current wife, a Mexican immigrant, abused him regularly while she carried on a long distance love affair with an imprisoned Minnesota-Mexican drug pusher.

He was going to leave her. She clearly didn't deserve a man like him and soon, she would learn the pain of losing him. Well, maybe not real soon. I heard that same lament, every night for a year and a half. As it turned out, the abuses he suffered in life were to be his most persistent topic of conversation.

He and his Mexican bride shared a one room, third floor apartment until the day she woke the entire place up screaming Spanish insults at him. Their landlord kicked her out and he let her go. It had finally happened, she was learning the pain of life without him. Only she didn't seem to be suffering all that much. He knew, because he saw her almost every day when he went to her rented trailer to fix this that or the other thing, or when he cajoled the lot manager into not throwing her out for lack of rent payments, which he promised to make for her, and did so.

In his misery, he would sit in my chair and vacillate between anger and tears while I did my very best to get some work done.

One day, he proudly announced that he would be moving into the trailer. He and his wife were going to become the proud owners of that fine home. It was apparently abandoned by the last owner and some obscure law entitled him to claim title to it for fixing up some of its deficits... and catching up on the lot rent which was some 6 months behind when his wife moved in.

He told me of his brother-in-law breaking into the trailer, stealing their refrigerator and leaving him and Carmelita with a cupboard full of rotting veggies. As it happened, I had a small used refrigerator that I no longer needed and I gave that to him. He, of course, had no means to t***sport it to the trailer. The beat up 20 year old Ford Escort wagon he drove had side doors too small and the rear hatch wouldn't open at all. I did have the means to deliver it so I volunteered to haul it for him just before last Christmas. He was giving it to his wife as a Christmas present.

He had told me of their wedding night when she went home with her parents and he went home alone. She told him that it was a longstanding Mexican custom that the g***m was not to consummate the marriage for several days after the wedding. Days, he reported, that had turned into weeks and then months. His fondness for her physical attentions was not hidden when he declared the high likelihood that the refrigerator would gain him at least one night of connubial bliss.

When we got to his trailer, I helped him carry the fridge into their kitchen. I tried not to look around, thinking the decayed state of his home might prove to be an embarrassment to him. Far from it, he insisted on giving me the grand tour. I can only suggest that had I subjected my cat to such an environment, the SPCA could rightfully have arrested me for animal abuse.

Cupboards were broken with doors half hinged and h*****g. The carpeting reeked of someone's last motorcycle oil change. There was no actual furniture to speak of but some large pillows and disheveled blankets on the floor of what must have passed for a bedroom. The master bedroom was being used as a storage room for every possible artifact from an old spare tire to a guitar with only one string.

Worst of all, it was December in Minnesota and they had no furnace so he had fired up the oven, propped the door open and set a fan on it to blow the heat to the back of the trailer. Also, he couldn't close the front door because the lock had been damaged when the refrigerator was stolen. I took the lock apart and repaired it. It only needed a little pressure here and there to make the pieces move freely again and a bit of grease would have made everything like new... but he had no grease and neither did I. At least, not in my Jeep.

As I left, I warned him that what he was doing with the oven was extremely dangerous. He was filling the house with CO and would wake up dead one morning... It was a thought that didn't seem to disturb him all that much since his desire for an impending death was a frequent topic of his laments as well.

Over the next couple of weeks, he was becoming obviously ill. I suggested that he go to the emergency room at a local hospital. Finally, he did just that. They did all the usual tests they do on medical assistance patients, gave him a vial of pain pills and sent him home.

He grew steadily more morose and began doubling and tripling his meds. The last day I saw him, he was barely functioning. He just never showed up for work again and we all got used to a series of new janitors. I had expected him to stop by and see Sam. They had a pretty strong bond after more than a year of daily visits. That, and how he still cried over the loss of his kids, two young cats that he lost at the hands of his sister some 15 years earlier.

Last night, actually a couple days ago now, I was informed that he had died. No details were forthcoming but it was definite. He had died.

This story has no moral. We all do what we can and that man claimed to have done the same. If there was ever an object lesson for failure, Lou was it. He was a nice man, loved cats, incessantly complained about how the world chewed him up and spat him out. Had not a single realistic concept of what life was all about and finally, faded from life to a pauper's grave without so much as a notification to those who regarded him as a friend... and Sam and I both did.

You don't give his age but he must have been on Social Security. Sounds like an intelligent man who absorbed too much of the drugs that made life exciting for him.

I knew a few of that type. Life itself was never exciting enough. They needed chemicals to add zing. Then they find that it didn't add enough zing so they needed more chemicals. Finally they get enough or run out of ability to search for more.

Why is just trying to make it through life not exciting enough? Short vision? Lack of curiosity about Nature?

Apparently, a large portion of humanity needs the chemicals. The worst crime is Nixon's drug war!

V**ers who oppose free healthcare for all and free, expense-paid education for all, including trade schools for workers, guarantee that we will have the shortages of sk**led labor that cause inflation and the military recruiting shortages that weaken our defense. Their v**es against maximum Congressional spending guarantee deficient infrastructure and destructive poverty, yielding a sub-optimal defense that threatens our survival from an embattled state of affairs.

V**ers should understand that the provident nation is not only the most prepared nation but also the most prosperous nation because maximum Congressional spending relative to federal tax revenue yields the largest annual budget deficit, which is exactly equal to the sum of our annual trade deficit plus our net annual private savings. That sum represents our nation’s consumption of foreign goods plus its after-tax earnings, a source of investment for growth. Thus, that sum defines and measures our prosperity, that which not only trumps all taxes but also sustains our social health, perhaps the most important element of our defense.

So, preparing our defense with maximum effort is also our best economic policy, as shown by the decades of prosperity resulting from Congress’ huge World War II deficit spending, mostly on defense workers’ income saved as “War Bonds” that were eventually cashed in for homes, cars, and kids, creating prosperous new suburbs everywhere. It’s hardly a secret that l*****ts love the idea of open borders and letting i*****l i*********n run amok.

It’s also a well-established fact that Democrats typically harbor a seething hatred of all things related to President Donald Trump and will stoop to any depth to needle the president.

But it takes a certain level of brazenness, even for a l*****t Democrat, to boast about personally helping and bringing members of the migrant caravan across the border just to stick it to Trump.

U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Washington Democrat, apparently has that kind of brazenness.

The 53-year-old Jayapal bragged on her Twitter account about helping migrants get into the United States after they had previously been denied entry.

“I was able to successfully assist 5 asylum seekers – 2 unaccompanied minors, a mother and her 9 year old child, and a young man with a serious medical condition – into the United States,” Jayapal wrote on Twitter.
