If they get paid for the work that they do, they should be billed for the rent, food, medical care, etc. that they receive. And maybe they should be required to pay restitution to those they robbed or hurt. IT'S HARD TO FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE WHO GOT THEMSELVES INTO JAIL BY THEIR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
The Democrats have been fighting against trying to fix Social Security since 1980. President Ronald Reagan wanted to work on fixing it before it ran out, but the Democrats said that he was just scare mongering, and that Social Security could keep on being run as it always had. Tax the working people and use their taxes to pay the retired. They chose to pretend that the aging population, and decreasing childbirth rates would NOT effect the amount of money available to make payments. They're schemes are NOT working, so, as usual, they're trying to find ways to pass the blame onto the Republicans, who want to keep Social Security going; They also think that the old people have lived their lives, and should get out of the way and leave everything to the younger people; It's the younger generations turn to live it up.

Like Trump lowering taxes for 90 % of the American people; or when Trump left office, Inflation was 1.4%, Joe's got it up to 6.7%, and Trump advancing peace in the Middle East, and Biden pulling troops out of Afghanistan, leaving American citizens and the Afghans who helped in the war, even though Joe's own Military Advisors told him NOT to take the troops out until he had taken our citizens and those the Afghans who helped us(he had a good excuse for not doing what the Military Advisors told him to, that was what Trump had planned to do). I imagine that Joe thought giving terrorists in the Middle East Millions of dollars in military weapons would be good for peace in the M.E.? And Joe seems to be trying to actively TURN AMERICANS AGAINST EACH OTHER! How is that a good thing?
