Verse of the Day for Friday November 20th, 2015:

God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. — 2 Corinthians 5:21

Thoughts on Today's Verse....

When was the last time you thought of yourself as "the righteousness of God"? What does that mean anyway? It means that we have the best of qualities, found in the best of beings! But we know we are not god-like! We know our fallibility and flaws! We know our imperfections and our inconsistencies! How can we be "the righteousness of God"? Jesus, the perfect and sinless Righteous One of God, became our sin for us so we could be his righteousness. More than grace, that's a miracle! And a miracle, dear friend of Jesus, is exactly what you are!!

My Prayer...

Thank you, gracious and loving Father, for saving me and making me perfect through your sacrificial gift of your Son. Please use me to communicate your grace and your salvation with someone around me who hasn't accepted your grace. In the name of Jesus, my older brother and Savior, I pray. Amen.

Prayer for 11/20/15

This is more like a journey into the past than a prayer. I visit this site where I first started my prayers, and it's like going back to an old school building. The halls echo your hollow footsteps. You open a door and see the empty desks sitting there. You recall many friends gathering around, we laughed, made jokes, went through tests - we did this together, now I sit here alone.

Is that rain upon the window pane, or are those tears for those who have passed away, or moved on to other things? A melancholy sense descends upon me. A melancholy sense of times past, not the right now time, but the what was. We felt young and playful, full of exuberance. The days drifted by into weeks, and now it's approaching two years. How time flies, how fast it changes.

Time to leave this room of memories and go back down the hall. The rows of lockers stand empty, an open door here and there. They now lay bare, maybe a pencil stub or piece of paper left, and empty memories. Are they empty memories, or are they the little light that brings a smile to your face. Yes, I prefer the smile. I walk with those happy memories and the idea of hope for America.

Walking out the door I entered so often, makes me feel like I'm abandoning an old friend. I turn to look the building over, it still looks pretty good, except for a couple of broken windows, the weeds are growing up around it, and ivy is beginning to eat into the tuck pointing around the bricks. I pray the Lord holds it together yet, that the exceptionalism of its past will once again rise like a Phoenix from the ashes. Keep our country a Christian Nation, O Lord, I pray. Amen

Hillary has things on Obama that if it got out could cause a treason charge and I am sure that Obama has things on Hillary as well. They are both egotistical and full of themselves and would do anything to keep their secrets even destroy America. Hillary feels that 2008 was her year and someone probably Soros yanked it away from her and she is still mad about that.

Only until the left gets a grasp of Islam can we talk logic. If they continue to ignore what Islam is then we cannot discus logically what and how to deal with them. Islam is a political ideology and lifestyle disguised as a religion and is not equal to any ordinary religion known to man.

Apparently, he’s done it again.

The headline on C-SPAN following a recent Obama speech in Turkey read: “Did President Obama Just Admit He was Muslim?”

“I think on one hand non-Muslims cannot stereotype,” Obama said, “but I also think the Muslim community has to think about how we make sure that children are not being affected with this twisted notion that somehow they can k**l innocent people.”

He even appeared to emphasize the word “we.”

In the 1940s, U.S. officials worried that N**i agents would pose as refugees to infiltrate countries.

While America, home to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, likes to think of itself as a safe haven for the world's tired, poor, huddled masses, it has also long harbored nasty anti-refugee sentiment driven by stereotypes and fears that people who look different or have unfamiliar traditions aren't quite capable of ever becoming truly American. German Jews, Catholics and Japanese-Americans have all faced this sort of skepticism over the years, as evinced by polling from the time, as well as old news clips and cartoons:

And what exactly do you know and understand about Islam. You do realize it is not only a religion but a political way of life as well as a military way of life controlling all facets of its followers throughout life. Woman have zero rights and are nothing more than property. Maybe you should read more about Islam before you jump on the bandwagon.

RETIRED HUSBAND

After I retired, my wife
insisted that I accompany her on her trips to Target.

Unfortunately, like
most men; I found shopping boring and preferred to get in and get out.

Equally unfortunate, my wife is like most women - she loves to
browse.

Yesterday my dear wife received the following letter, from the local Target:

Dear Mrs. Harris,

Over the past six months, your husband has
caused quite a commotion, in our store.
We cannot tolerate this behavior and
have been forced to, ban both of you from the store.
Our complaints against
your husband, Mr. Harris, are listed below and are documented by our video
surveillance cameras:

1. June 15: He took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly
put them in other people's carts when they weren't looking.

2. July 2: Set
all the alarm clocks in Housewares to go off at 5-minute intervals.

3. July
7: He made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the women's restroom.

4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official
voice, 'Code 3 in Housewares. Get on it right away'.
This caused the
employee to leave her assigned station and receive a reprimand from her
Supervisor that in turn resulted with a union grievance, causing management to
lose time and costing the company money. We don't have a Code 3.

5. August
4: Went to the Service Desk and tried to put a bag of M&Ms on layaway.

6.
August 14: Moved a, 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area.

7. August
15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told the children shoppers he'd
invite them in if they would bring pillows and blankets from
the bedding
department to which twenty children obliged.

8. August 23: When a clerk asked
if they could help him he began crying and screamed, 'Why can't you people just
leave me alone?'
EMTs were called.

9. September 4: Looked right into the
security camera and used it, as a mirror while he picked his nose.

10.
September 10: While handling guns in the hunting department, he asked the clerk
where the antidepressants were.

11. October 3: Darted around the store
suspiciously while, loudly humming the, 'Mission Impossible' theme.

12.
October 6: In the auto department, he practiced his, 'Madonna Look' using
different sizes of funnels.

13. October 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when
people browsed through, yelled 'PICK ME! PICK ME!'

14. October 22: When an
announcement came over the loud speaker, he assumed a fetal position and
screamed;
'OH NO! IT'S THOSE VOICES AGAIN!'

15. Took a box of condoms
to the checkout clerk and asked where is the fitting room?

And last,
but not least:

16. October 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door,
waited awhile; then yelled very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in
here.'
One of the clerks passed out.

Obama has staked his Presidency on changing America and one important, and arguably the most fundamental way to do that, is by changing the people—remember his Task Force on New Americans plan to colonize, to “seed” American towns with diversity? It is still going forward, but if those concerned with security succeed, that plan will be chilled somewhat as the numbers of ‘seedlings’ are reduced in this last full year of the scheme.

Obama is very angry today because he is not going to be awarded humanitarian of the year. He was expected to deliver America to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees by leading the world in resettling huge numbers of Syrian Muslims to your towns and cities. The way things are going, he could fail. See Unloading on Republicans: http://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-press/first-read-obama-unloads-gop-candidates-over-refugee-refusal-n465461
Indeed, the refugees aren’t even anywhere near the largest group of immigrants getting into the US these days, but their wide range of ethnic diversity makes them a critical part of the plan.

But that isn’t all of it…..

Obama must satisfy the United Nations

Obama must bring in a large number of Syrian refugees to carry out the United Nations agenda. For decades, the US has admitted half (or more than half) of the world’s resettled refugees and the UN uses that number to pressure other countries to take more. Oh, and when I say “resettled refugees” I don’t mean those migrants (and wannabe asylum seekers) on the move across Europe and elsewhere in the world.

I am talking about the refugees who are chosen by the United Nations which does the first screening and then persuades westernized countries to take them PERMANENTLY—to make them v****g citizens of their new first-world country.

When the Syrian civil war began in earnest, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres told western countries that they must take-in for permanent resettlement 130,000 Syrians (again, these are mostly Syrians in UN camps, not those who have decided to move west—invasion-style—on their own).

And, so 65,000 became the magic number the US was expected to take. All of that is chronicled in several posts here at RRW in the last two years. (I should have explained where the 65,000 came from when I wrote this post.)

The UNHCR fully expected the US to take that number—65,000—long before now because if the US took the lead and moved aggressively to do that, the UNHCR would use it as a pressure point on the other countries d**gging their feet on making commitments.

In that recent Georgetown gig, Guterres hinted at the importance of the US leading the world (sort of like a Judas goat). Of course, Germany (and Merkel) are upstaging Obama now in the race for ‘humanitarian’ extraordinaire of the year and so….

Obama looks exceedingly weak for not being able to deliver America.

And, therefore he is really (really!) angry as he unloaded on GOP candidates’ earlier.

He should be awarded t*****r of the year and stand trial and then taken out and shot for treason. Then remove his family to Kenya and remove their US citizenship.

In an effort to keep you informed, here are the definitions:

GUTS - Is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being met by your wife with a broom, and having the Guts to ask: 'Are you still cleaning, or are you flying somewhere?'

BALLS - Is coming home late after a night out with the guys, smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the butt and having the Balls to say: 'You're next, Chubby.'

I hope this clears up any confusion on the definitions.

Medically, speaking there is No difference in the outcome. Both result in serious bodily injury or death.
