Does the Supremacy Clause always work in Obama's favor?

I wonder how John Roberts and his gang of 4 will rule on this one when it gets to them. It seems to me that we get a lot more crap from the media about the Supremacy Clause and how it gives Obama certain powers. I think the governors will win this one because of the Supremacy Clause not in spite of it. My governor, who is one of them that told Obama NO to more Syrians in Kansas took an oath much like the one Obama hasn't lived up to and I am on his side.

My biggest question about the Supremacy Clause has to do when it was written by the Founders and then when was the 10th Amendment written. I fail to read anything in the Constitution about importation of aliens into the country and who can control that action. Of course, I am not one of those left leaners who is trying so hard to make Obama look like the "good" guy. And I am tired of him importing Muslims and distributing them around the nation where he wants them. We know that more than 50% of those Syrians have been men and over half of them have been of military age, not women and children as Obama keeps saying.

Hillary has things on Obama that if it got out could cause a treason charge and I am sure that Obama has things on Hillary as well. They are both egotistical and full of themselves and would do anything to keep their secrets even destroy America. Hillary feels that 2008 was her year and someone probably Soros yanked it away from her and she is still mad about that.

So you think they are trying to use the Supremacy Clause, as they interpret it, do play this foul and unconstitutional game to get something done that is illegal as hell?

The Supremacy Clause does not give Obama any power. It states that the Federal laws are the supreme laws of the land and cannot be subverted by the states, either individually or in concert.

As James Madison noted, if the federal law were not supreme "it would have seen the authority of the whole society everywhere subordinate to the authority of the parts; it would have seen a monster, in which the head was under the direction of the members".

I'm certantly no scholar when it comes to law ,but from a common sense point of veiw the oboma adminastration will use any and all avenues including unconstitutional execitive orders . The author of the post points out that the govenor's and congress must stand their ground , push back and use their powers to refuse and defund all efforts from the admin. and I say impeach the son of a b***h oboma.

I think that Obama must be pushed into recognizing the 10th Amendment as part of the Constitution, at least as much of it as Amendment 14 that he tries to use all the time. I would like to see him impeached and since that is a matter of only the House v****g to do it they can get by with it. Of course, the Senate would never go along and throw him out of office.
