Hum- many deny any deity, much as they consider the Constitution irrelevant and outdated when it suits their narrative. We see the results when laws are trashed, ignored, or not upheld. History teaches many things--our nation is on a slippery slope going downwards.

This right is only available to independents?

In NC, we can pick either party for the preliminary v****g. I've done so when I'm particularly impressed by certain candidates and will do so again. If you declare for one of the others, you are locked in that party's preliminary v****g. Of course, on e******n day, you get to choose from the entire roster from all parties.

I'd serve again. We need law-abiding Christians serving on juries. Of course, in today's climate, I'd automatically be excluded.

Just a quick question. Who are we to cast the first stone? We don't have "all the facts," just "all the facts." That's right, we should go by our feelings, not the facts like those who slant the news are doing.

I always v**e. If you don't v**e, don't complain about what is happening. I have values I wish our government and society were not eroding. V****g is a right reserved to citizens unless you live in a state/county/city that values noncitizens over citizens.

For everyone who doesn't v**e, an opportunity to make a difference in our society doesn't happen. Your v**e can make a difference.

Get involved in your local e******ns. Attend your town hall meetings. Engage with the representatives. Run for office on a local level.

Hold the politicians accountable.

Don't sit it out on any e******n day. V**e!

Disclaimer: I am not politically motivated or inclined; however, I cannot sit idly by and not take a stand for what I believe is right. I have beliefs and convictions that I must support. Don't sit on the fence, v**e! Start by signing up for emails from all the representatives and candidates covering the area where you reside--both or all the parties. Keep abreast of the way your candidates v**e. Write letters when a v**e or bill for which you have strong feelings is considered. Sign up for watchdog communications about important issues. Above all, believe the candidates when they prove they don't care about our citizens. Don't v**e for them again.

Could anyone give a good reason why we should accept T***s people when there is so much documentation that there is only two sexes?

Have you also considered being "t***sitioned" the person has to take drugs and hormones and surgery to appear to be the opposite sex. DNA doesn't lie, no matter what the t***sitioned person claims as their sex.

Hum, only six robocalls a day? Our answering machine says, "You have reached [x] and [y]. Family and friends, leave a message after the beep. Telemarketers, you have reached a number on the "Do not call list."

We then get a click when it is a telemarketer, an unknown number, or a person.

The caller has been notified we are on a do not call list--therefore, they can be fined if they persist. My machine keeps a list of the calls in case I need them. I mostly delete them. If they are repetitive, I block the number.

No shots, and after three years, I had C***d. Remote doctor's visit [never again--not my doctor], swab outside the doctor's office (fever of 103F.) Two days later, I got a CDC stock letter (via computer) and was informed I had c***d. Nothing else, computer silence.

By then, I had a hacking cough. I got an over-the-counter flu med and cough drops and continued using a fever med and netty pot. I isolated myself until the cough stopped, which took a while--the fever was gone in a week after starting the flu meds.

I still haven't heard anything from my doctor, and it's been months, although I missed a scheduled visit because I had a C***d cough.

Unless the doctor doesn't refill my prescriptions, the joint practice can pound sand.

If someone accused you of rape and you absolutely denied it.

Would you want to get on the witness stand and testify on your own behalf.

I know damm right well if I was innocent I would be running to the witness stand a beg the judge to allow to answer theses charges.

(I JUST WONDER SOMETIMES IF THESE CLINTON OBAMA ALLIES HAD REFUSED TO TESTIFY WHAT WOULD THE MAGA FOLKS BE SAYING) Even Clinton testified under oath with both house and Senate then testified

But every single charge against Trump even he is issued a subpoena he absolutely refuses to testify. It’s the same with all is inner staff they all refuse to testify until a judge directs them to testify then they have to testify.
Even if one of Trumps inner circle agrees to testify Trump crests legal action to prevent him or her from testifying

Does anybody have an answer I do because if your innocent why would you not want to testify.

Now MAGA folks during the Clinton OBAMA investigation on B******i there were 97 of Obama Clinton Allie’s that were subpoenaed and everyone showed up and answered all the questions asked by House and Senate committees control by republicans.
Then when the final report was written they found no wrongdoing by Clinton or Obama

That’s what you do if your innocent you testify. But not Trump

Even Clinton testified in front of the house and Senate and also testified under oath with the special council at the state department that republicans appointed. Then she also testified under oath at the FBI. That’s what you do when your innocent.

After 3 years of attacking Clinton and Obama they found nothing. Then Trump got elected appointed his own AG at the DOJ they opened the investigation again and again nothing found. The American people at this time knew it was politically motivated.

But we had to put up with the criminal Cabal operating out of the white house.

I watched a law professor teaching law students, he advised them to Never volunteer information because what you say can be twisted to say what anyone wants to say you said.

You give them opportunities to go fishing. I think it's like, Name the man, I'll find the crime.

Given our current political climate, best to stay silent.

Officials in Kansas are considering doing away with the requirement that college students take algebra because too many are failing it, which cuts into graduation rates.

https://redstate.com/alexparker/2022/12/16/kansas-eyes-ending-required-college-algebra-too-many-students-cant-pass-it-n674822

The immediate reaction is to bemoan how dumbed-down college has become, and you wouldn't be wrong ("I'll have a large latte, g****r studies major.”) But proponents of the change argue that algebra isn't necessary for most professions and should only be required if you're going on to study calculus. And I'll admit that I haven't had much call for algebra since getting out of school.

But even if you don't remember all the formulas, it does instill in students some mental discipline and basic understanding of math, which would be useful in all professions, especially politics, where it's sorely lacking. Surely, there must be some middle ground between forcing everyone to study algebra and turning out college students who think that saying 2 plus 2 equals 4 is r****t oppression.

Officials in Kansas are considering doing away wit... (show quote)

Forty years after high school graduation, I brushed up on my algebra sk**ls for three months at our community college in a self-paced online course. I then passed a regular college entrance exam and took classes. Of course, I took Algebra I and two, geometry, and advanced math in high school. After graduation, I took business math.

I've used geometry and algebra for building and home improvement projects.

I think business classes and accounting should be required high school courses. They are valuable sk**ls one uses for a lifetime in business and a home setting.

https://short-facts.com/how-many-people-have-concealed-carry-permits-in-usa/

As of 2019, there have been 18.66 million concealed weapon permits issued in the United States.

I'd like to see you determine how many of these concealed weapons permits people were convicted of unlawfully committing crimes using guns.

Oops, provide proof, not just a feeling.

Here is a link to some numbers https://nij.ojp.gov/topics/articles/gun-violence-america

Therefore, according to my math, if you say 1 million crimes used guns, at least 17+ lawful gun owners have never committed gun crimes.

I don't know how many of those million crimes were committed by unlawful gun owners.
Maybe someone can provide one.

All I can say is, don't tread on me!
