If someone accused you of rape and you absolutely denied it.
Would you want to get on the witness stand and testify on your own behalf.
I know damm right well if I was innocent I would be running to the witness stand a beg the judge to allow to answer theses charges.
(I JUST WONDER SOMETIMES IF THESE CLINTON OBAMA ALLIES HAD REFUSED TO TESTIFY WHAT WOULD THE MAGA FOLKS BE SAYING) Even Clinton testified under oath with both house and Senate then testified
But every single charge against Trump even he is issued a subpoena he absolutely refuses to testify. It’s the same with all is inner staff they all refuse to testify until a judge directs them to testify then they have to testify.
Even if one of Trumps inner circle agrees to testify Trump crests legal action to prevent him or her from testifying
Does anybody have an answer I do because if your innocent why would you not want to testify.
Now MAGA folks during the Clinton OBAMA investigation on B******i there were 97 of Obama Clinton Allie’s that were subpoenaed and everyone showed up and answered all the questions asked by House and Senate committees control by republicans.
Then when the final report was written they found no wrongdoing by Clinton or Obama
That’s what you do if your innocent you testify. But not Trump
Even Clinton testified in front of the house and Senate and also testified under oath with the special council at the state department that republicans appointed. Then she also testified under oath at the FBI. That’s what you do when your innocent.
After 3 years of attacking Clinton and Obama they found nothing. Then Trump got elected appointed his own AG at the DOJ they opened the investigation again and again nothing found. The American people at this time knew it was politically motivated.
But we had to put up with the criminal Cabal operating out of the white house.

So please explain what you mean. If I was accused of Rape and didn’t do it I would be screaming to get on that stand. If I was on the jury and the accused refused to get on the stand in a rape trial and the accused did I would really have to wonder guilt or innocent.

No court is going to set a precedent by overturning e******ns. The defense has no say so in the pool from which jurors are chosen or the judge who will here the case. The prosecution can manipulate both of these. I guess you will say the J6 inquisition was made up of fair, objective people without an agenda.
