Okay, just what I wanted to hear. Now please give me all or any examples of what you are talking about ? There are holes in my knowledge of history, I have never heard of any false f**g operation that was on the magnitude of the Hamas attack on Israel. Also I believe the victims of false f**g attacks do not in general cooperate with their enemies.

Now you might argue that the Hamas attack does not meet the definition of a false f**g attack. So what category does this attack come under ? At any rate again, give me examples of similar nations allowing devastating attacks that they know are coming. I can't even think of small ones off hand.

The relevant false f**g incident that comes to mind was Hitler's Operation Himmler where Germany staged a f**e Polish raid on a German radio station to start WW2. That was an extremely tiny operation compared to the Hamas attack on Israel.

That is on par with Whole 2th's assertion that the US military's failure to detect and prevent the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941 proves that the US wanted an excuse to fight Japan. Obviously the Israelis lost control of the entrances and exits during the attack. Hamas overwhelmed the local Israeli defenses. As far as why Israel failed to respond with larger forces in a timely manner, that was a major failure on their part. Hamas studies Israel the way Israel studies them. Hamas chose a time when the Israeli defenses were weak. I believe there was a holiday and not all Israelis were prepared to respond.

Your point is wrong. When a country chooses a false f**g provocation they do not allow major losses to their own side.
