The Japanese government is effectively shut down. Sources confirm there is no one there except service aides whose only job is to answer the phones and take messages. The two leading Japanese icons are IN Guantanamo.

A September 30 deadline for US debt payment to Chinese investors is looming and everybody knows China won't take another round of US Treasury bonds for payment, nor will they accept 'blood money' from the people of America. Things will get interesting shortly.
