Laws are only obeyed by law-abiding citizens. What do we have to do to get these people to understand that? If you make the consequences so tough that these lawbreakers will think twice before breaking them, and enforce them, you might see a difference in the crimes committed in this country. New laws will not do it. We already have laws against murder, it still happens, we have laws against stealing, still have people stealing.
I really don't know of one law that stopped anything. Like I said, they only effect the law-abiding citizen.

The population of California is 39,557,045. There are 23 states that their total population combined do not equal California's. There are 7 states with less than a million population. Without the E*******l College, California's v**e could over ride the v**e from these 23 states. That's the reason our founding fathers came up with the e*******l college. So this would not happen. If we are going to take their money, what incentive will there be to become rich in this country. They will all be moving to another country and taking the jobs with them.
Even a small percentage of their income each year, is usually more than the average American pays in a lifetime. As an example, what if you make $10 million a year, and pay only 10% taxes. That's still a million dollars. There are a lot of millionaires in this country, most of the Congress are millionaires.
I think some of them would like to take all our money, take out what they want, and send the rest, if there is any, back to us. They think we should be working for them, not them working for us.
People being able to succeed and become rich in this country is what has made this country the great country it is. Take that away and you will have people starving because there is no jobs, so the government has no money to hand out all the freebees they promised the people. You can't tax the people that don't have jobs.
Unemployment is at an all-time low right now, which means the government. all of them, city, county, state and federal, will be getting more tax money. Every job created, means more tax dollars, every job lost means less tax dollars. That is not counting that all the money spent on welfare programs will go down with more job creations.
