If he had done anything at all wrong in Ukraine the Barr justice department would be all over it, it is simply nonsense cooked up by Trumps people to distract from Trumps criminality and attempt to tarnish Bidens reputation.

It was on the flip side of Schiff's "conclusive evidence" of Russian collusion, written on a napkin, that the Mueller team couldn't find during their investigation, because Schiff's was sitting on it, unwittingly obstructing justice, that would have cleared him from being called out for lies, but he wasn't quite bright enough to realize it wouldn't do any good if he kept hiding it. So it's still hidden in Schiff's safe space.
