This is a two part response. Part 1, for noncitizens, they are not guaranteed protection of religion under our Constitution. In 1990, the Supreme Court said cases establishing constitutional protections extended to aliens “are constitutional decisions of this Court expressly according differing protection to aliens than to citizens, based on our conclusion that the particular provisions in question were not intended to extend to aliens in the same degree as to citizens” (United States v. Verdugo-Urquidez, 494 U.S. 259).

Now for part 2. For citizens, if the government can prove that there is an issue of security or common good, then portions of a religion can be restricted. Such as beheading anyone that does not convert can be prosecuted as murder. Although an attempt to limit government involvement has a long history, even the most recent Religious Freedom Restoration Act still uphold the right of the citizens of the US freedom from religion as well as freedom of religion. Therefore, a muslims' need to dispatch infidels as part of their religion will not be tolerated in the US.

Solution, enforce the laws on the books.

And in the meantime encourage Muslims to return to their own garden spots they created in their own country by providing them with lots of pork in food banks. Establish pig farms near Mosques. Use the Quran for wallpaper in public restrooms..... I do not encourage anyone to lay one finger on a Muslim, but do make them uncomfortable enough to want to pack up and leave!

For ME and what I see, no one else needs to agree or what may be, I have a great and enormous love for my Country. These is nothing even close to the beauty of the United States and the foundation of freedom we have. We have allowed the most, not just close to anyone else, but all by himself, the absolute most destructive person ever born, to be the President of the United States. His "color' really has S**T to do with the problem....it is what HE does and what he wants to have happen, THAT is the problem. What's more, his MINIONS are also worse than any EBOLA or ISIS attack....as the destruction is here now...our economy is a total disaster....our very future of hope and liberty is at stake. The list of issues can wrap around the entire GLOBE....the billions of lives that this FRAUD we have as a President will harm....nope, no way can I "tone" it down much....unless what I would do is totally lawful, I would be arrested (perhaps later given a medal) for what I wish to do to this KENYAN that thinks he can continue to lie and be destructive. My best wish for Obama is that by a miracle, Air Force One CRASHES and no one survives. I would MOURN the loss of any service men and women that may serve on that plane, perhaps they would use parachutes and make it off before the plane goes down....but make no mistake, there would be a "thanks giving" party at my place if the pile of CRAP calling himself, President was to meet a "soon to be" end.
