It's a sad fact that these educators know what's in the books, but few if any have actual experience in the real world. They appear to live in the fantasy land of an utopian paradise that has actually generated more deaths and misery than success and happiness.

Thirty years ago, we met a retired couple, who had sent their two sons to the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He said, "every time the boys came home, he would 'de-program' them. This has been going on for years, and we as parents, have not taken the initiative to 'de-program.' We've been too busy making a living to give our children an easy life that now they have come to expect the world OWES them -i.e. Sanders popularity among the millennials.

Rules from the Alinsky play book - don't let them figure out what you're doing or they will rebel - we're finding out, hopefully not too late.

I can attest to what you are saying. While in a electrical apprentice program we had one guy that aced almost all of the tests during our four years. But on the same job, as I was, he could not even hook up a 3 way switch. There were also other things we had in class that he did not have the ability to understand how to overcome a problem we faced in the field.

If you emphatically deny that America is a liberal democratic republic, it is definitely and absolutely a liberal democratic republic or it isn't.

Try not to get so twisted up in labels. It can make thinking impossible.

After a period of sustained expansion during the 20th century, liberal democracy became a predominate world political system of the world. Most of the countries that have a Democratic Republic do not have the same rights as we do.
We use the Federalism system of government.

Jesus's followers k**led him by his own admonition. It was the multitudes that followed him that cried out to have him crucified. He committed suicide and planned his own death. Jesus said, "Take up your cross and follow me". He did this because he thought it would fulfill scripture, which it didn't. Jesus died the "deaths of the uncircumcised". Ezekiel 28:10.

This verse had nothing to do with Jesus. Ezekiel lived more that 6 centuries before Jesus and only prophesized a event. This had nothing to do with the death of Jesus.

What a relief it is to find someone on this site with common sense. We are badly out-numbered but that would be no reason to lower our IQs just to be on their level. Have you had any Republicans yet ask you what branch of the military your uniform is? Only a few of them will recognize it.

How do you know it is not from the love of their heart? Oh I forgot, you thought you were talking about cheap liberals.

I don’t think Mother Teresa, Jesus and other liberals are into beating people. Love thy neighbor, treat others as you would like to be treated, forgiveness, love are core values of liberalism.

Your h**e and rage damage your physical and mental health.

You might want to consider liberalism unless your life is so miserable you would like to end it a couple of decades before it needs to end.

If that is the case, what happened to you?

Take a look at Obamas so called mess. Unemployment below 5% for the first time this century. Tens of millions with health insurance that did not have any insurance before his presidency. twenty instead of sixty bucks to put a tank of gas in your car, a modest increase in wages in a time of low inflation. A stronger dollar than we have had in years and a thriving domestic automobile industry with GM UAW workers earning eleven thousand dollars in profit sharing this year alone. Osama Bin Laden dead and Irans bomb program brought to a standstil without firing a shot or putting a US servicemembers at risk. All of this accomplished with a pack of rabid r****t right wing hyenas on his, and our nations back.

The middle class has suffered as a result of right wing attacks on organized labor, living wage laws and sensible regulation of the finance industry and Wall Street and our deficit Is large due to foolish tax cuts to the wealthy during a time of war. Bernie Sanders is a voice of reason who would restore our middle class and level the playing field for those suffering in our country. Hillary Clinton will continue with the good work of the Obama administration, and not be afraid to kick do nothing republican obstructionists in the teeth once in a while. One thing is painfully obvious, both of them stand head and shoulders above the pack of liars, crooks, nuts and assorted scumbags vying for the republican nomination. I remove Ben Carson from this discription, he is a decent but misled man who is out of his element and in over his head.
Take a look at Obamas so called mess. Unemployment... (show quote)

Point one. Unemployment is only at 5% because of so many people having to take part time jobs when they had full time jobs before with decent wages. Point two. Obama has done nothing to cause gas prices to deteriorate. That was caused by the over production of oil and the down turn in industry in the world. Point three. As far as the union workers at GM getting a profit bonus of $10,000 which was handed to them from stock holders, that were retired people, credit unions, and others just to fatten their wallets to help the Democratic party and no one else. Then there is Osama Bin Laden who would have still been in hiding if not for information provided by the previous administration, and Obama took the credit even when at first he did not want to Bin Laden. As for the tax cuts, they were instituted because of the failing economy the Clinton left the country in. As for de deregulation of the banking industry, I blame that on all of the politicians when they v**ed to do away with the Glass-Steagall Act. And if you are so gullible to believe we have stopped them on their way to a nuclear bomb you are crazy. They have never lived up to any other agreement. The foolish tax cuts?? Where do you get that information? The tax cuts helped the ordinary person not just the rich, that is a fallacy. The deficit was due to this Administration not letting our forces do their jobs and destroy all of these radicals in these wars and now we have to contend with more of them. So many other things that you have gotten wrong in your statement are just too many to state facts against your view.

This is better than taxing the wealthy isn't it? After all if you raise taxes on Trump and his buddies won't they cut our jobs to pay for it? Isn't that what economists like Sowell say? And besides, aren't conservatives always saying the poor have it too easy and need to start pulling their own weight? Well now here's their chance to step up and start pulling their own weight.

And I have to say, I am quite impressed at how you are stepping up and defending the poor of this county. Generally conservatives are running the poor down for being lazy slackers who live off hard working conservatives. Nice to see that you understand how much they are struggling and even though it will probably only amount to a few penny's a tank we sure don't want them helping to pay for their own benefits do we. I'll shoot an email to Obummer and see if I can get it straightened out, okay!

The slackers, as you put them, are people that do not want to work for a living and to improve their stature in the community at large. They want to benefit from all people that are working, poor and who ever they are, just to raise their families and to improve their lives. Why should we support any of these type of people?
