Robert Mueller’s Mandate Was Based on Nonsense Conspiracy Theories

At long last, we have our first unredacted look at the Department of Justice memo laying out Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation mandate. With portions of the memo falling under declassification at the end of April, Americans can now see that the memo – written by former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein – relied heavily on baseless conspiracy theories straight from the pen of discredited spy Christopher Steele and his infamous phony dossier.

That’s right: After months and months of hearing Mueller and every House Democrat tell us that the dossier had almost nothing to do with the Trump/Russia investigation…it turns out that it was absolutely central to the probe.

What a shock.

Signed and delivered on August 2, 2017, the Rosenstein memo asked Mueller to investigate whether former Trump campaign associate Carter Page “committed a crime or crimes by colluding with Russian government officials with respect to the Russian government’s efforts to interfere with the 2016 e******n.”

The memo then mandated Mueller to do the same in respect to former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.

Neither Page nor Manafort were ever convicted of committing any crime in relation to Russia’s e******n meddling, collusion with the Kremlin, or the hack of the Democratic National Committee.

The memo also directed Mueller to look into whether or not Michael Flynn violated the obscure Logan Act, which makes it a crime to negotiate with foreign governments under the false pretense that you are a representative of the U.S. federal government. The law has never been used to prosecute an American citizen, but it was used as a pretense for the FBI to interrogate Flynn and ultimately charge him with lying to federal officers.

In remarks on Wednesday night, Fox News host Sean Hannity said the memo was clear evidence of the Deep State’s “abuse of power.”

“When this memo was written in August of 2017, the FBI already knew that the Steele Dossier was debunked. They already knew. They knew it in January of that year,” said Hannity.

“He’s in trouble, in my humble opinion,” Hannity said of Rosenstein. “But he still gave Mueller the OK to go on his collusion witch hunt after they knew and had all the information that it was false. And Comey and Rosenstein signed off on the subsequent fraudulent FISA application — again with the bulk of information being Hillary Clinton’s bought-and-paid-for unverifiable Russian-disinformation dossier. You can’t write this in a novel.”

It’s frightening to think that these federal officials thought they could get away with this obvious abuse of the Constitution and this naked attempt to bring down a duly-elected President. It’s even more frightening to imagine that they might turn out to be right. Hopefully, Attorney General William Barr will see to it that they are not.

IMHO: President Trump did make a mistake, but not what has been described here.

His first, and biggest mistake was not firing each and every one of the people in the Whitehouse who had any connection(s) to the Deep State, Establishment, Obama, Clinton, the Bushes, or C*******m/Democrat/Progressives his first day in office.

His second mistake was listening to the Progressive Democrat agitprop, lies, confusion, obstructionism, and the rest of their bulls**t, which is akin to a lot of the anti-Trump, anti-USA, bulls**t I'm hearing from Congress, most particularly the House of Representatives (who doesn't represent anyone but themselves and their Deep State), and the continual agitprop and garbage I'm reading in this and other posts on OPP.

Then "We The People" made the third big mistake by listening to those people listed above or connected to the DNC and/or NWO, thus giving control of the Congress to the Socialist Establishment, Democrats and RINOs. Mother Inferior Pelosi should not be running the country, which she is trying very hard to do with her "do damned little other than obstruct President Trump" House of Representatives. A lot of the fault for this is due to the Deep State takeover of our Public Education System that is Programming, Indoctrinating, Brainwashing or wh**ever mind control system you care to call it as a euphemism, debilitating the minds of our children for the last several decades with socialist trash! Wh**ever you call it, it is destructive to the USA! Our Public Education system is pumping out a product of misinformed and self-centered children who have no ability nor desire to properly run a Republic and a what's in it for me attitude, entirely dependent upon a socialist totalitarian government for their existence! Of course, destruction of the USA is the Primary Goal of the Deep State/UN/Soros Agendas.

As a result, President Trump gets piss poor, obstructive, destructive, anti-USA advice from these left-overs, and the country falls into the Deep State trap of socialism because of it.

Any good manager listens to the advice of his advisors whom he trusts; it's just that in this case most of his advisors are Alynski trained smooth talking socialists that can't be trusted, who have the irresponsible lack of backing of the Main Stream Media. Don't be blaming President Trump, because it falls on the Deep State socialist NWO and UN bastards that want to rule the world; and in order to get their Agenda 21 and 30 to work they must first destroy the USA and our Constitution as we know it. If the Deep State operatives are allowed win due to the inactivity of our Complacent Patriotic Conservatives, welcome back to totalitarian poverty, s***ery, and a King!
