You can't text without at least some smattering of spelling involved. I believe that math, English (including good old-fashioned spelling), and history/civics are the most important subjects. PE is also important, considering the number of overweight and obese adolescents in the country.
All the other stuff is what we used to call "electives". And you only get a couple of those per semester.
I have don't have kids in school anymore, I'm 63 and they're 28 and 30. Personally, I'm real glad I'm not growing up in this day and age.

I once knew a truly t*********red person, born with female g*****lia and who had breasts. Jake was no more female than I am male. His body was even shaped like a Male's, with those exceptions. He wasn't fucked up in the head. He wasn't confused, and he'd known he was a boy even as a child.
