They are not lawful and any citizen has the right to challenge what he considers to be unjust subpoenas. If Democrats really had something they would not need to launch one fishing expedition after another trying to find something. The rule of law is you first have a crime and then seek the perpetrator. Democrats have one they want to get and are desperately searching for a crime to pin on him.

They're trying every illegal and unconstitutional way to bring him down. They should think for amoment 'will this hold up anywhere but Congress?' They know it's DOA in the Senate. SCOTUS? That's a court of law and since everything was illegal--thanks for the show, next.

They are not issuing subpoenas, just letters demanding the recipient appear before the committee. They won't issue subpoenas because they can be challenged in court. If they go to court, they will be forced to show cause which they cannot provide... because it doesn't exist.

A judge just ruled the other day it was legal if the senate wants to coverrup his crimes they will pay dearly in 2020!

Do you have any idea what the judge ruled legal? The only thing she ruled legal was the demand Schiff made to see the secret Mueller information that isn't normally made available to anyone outside of the investigators that compiled it.
