As I said before, your logic makes no sense. A Democrat was Governor during the entire Presidential Campaign and election, so your whole point of an supposed " scumbag " Republican Governor throwing Pennsylvania to Trump is nonsense. Again gerrymandering does not affect Presidential elections.
