Nevertheless, your line of questioning tags you as trying to undermine our system of voting in the minds of your audience, whatever your stated and actual affiliations. I have my doubts. You are doing a fine job all by yourself.

Most adults have gone through your doubting questions fairly early on, and made a decision to vote their mind despite the possible difficulties up and down the chain. Most rational people do what they can to support the system and to make it better; and quite obviously some do not.

Further, once you realize that to vote the man and not the party is often to effectively destroy any chances for a coherent party platform to succeed, as well as your own ideas of what is needed, you then revert to vote for the closest party and candidates that represent your ideas. This is a system where the majority rules and you want your selected party to be in that majority. Today, that vote is plainly necessary since the two parties are nearly equal in number, and vastly different in ideology, intent, and even allegiance to our Constitution: a counter vote is mandatory in this instance. I assume here that the voter in question has a well-defined agenda he himself supports, and he desires the platform and candidate he votes for to align with his own agenda in considerable detail. It is apparent, however, that some voters have no specific agenda of their own...or an agenda that is off the wall, or even a single issue is all he votes for.

As for doing research on the candidates, that is a given to the extent you can find reliable information in this era of spin and lies. Most people develop a few well-informed sources whom they trust to help in the whole process. Paying attention to a candidate's promised agenda as he campaigns for office is an excellent guide when the positions stated are very close to your own, or diametrically opposed, and whether you can believe in his success and ability to carry out his promises. This meeting of promises reinforces the necessity for a strong party alignment.

Nothing says you must vote for someone you believe to be unfit, either, but there are times when you hold your nose and vote anyway; the gain for the party, and hence your ideas of what is needed, outweighs your objections to a particular candidate. Or, as is sometimes the case, you are voting against a candidate you do not like for concrete reasons, no matter who the other candidate is ---he must be the better choice! By and large, though, the best results for your ideas to take hold is to vote for the party candidates you believe in.
Nevertheless, your line of questioning tags you as... (show quote)

If you like the outcome of following your above described voting philosophy , then by all means continue to do so. After all, it got us where we are today. Hell, it even got you a mystery monster called Obama, (whatever his real name was.) And his handlers.

I do not like the direction we have been going, and I feel that if we do not find a way out of this downhill slide that it can only get worse. Hard to believe the country has come to this.

Look where we have come from in just the short time that I have been alive.

Govt. and bank created inflation has stolen the purchasing power of those who have worked all their lives. In 1950 for example, a pack of cigarettes cost 25cents. Butter was around 25cent a lb. Coffee was 5cents a cup. A candy bar was 5cents. Gas was 27cents a gallon., etc. A decent car sold for about $2500.00.

Average wage was $5,000 per year, and people were living well on that. If you saved ½ your wage and banked it what could you buy with it now, even if you earned 4% interest, as the banks paid in the 1950s. Now if you earn $50,000 per year you can just barely get by.

There was a feeling of hope and freedom. We proudly called ourselves the “Free World”.
You haven’t heard that phrase in many years.

We had a Constitution. Not any more.

Robbers wore masks, screamed “Get Down on the floor”. Today that is our police.

Criminals tortured you. Today that is our Government’s technique.

Peeping Toms were arrested, today they do the arresting.

People expect they and their kids to be killed ( excuse me “depopulated”) ala Agenda 21, and just close their eyes and dream on.

I could go on and on, but I’m old and tired and I want to go to bed.

I wonder what would happen if they gave a vote and nobody came?

Yeah, you guys just keep things going as they are. I’m sure your great grand kids will look back on you with great love and fondness for the wonderful world you will leave them.

Just keep doing what you are doing, keep your eyes closed, after all maybe things will change with the next vote. Look at the great things that have happened with this last vote.

Welcome to Idiotopia.

Most of what you say is true, but not Voting plays into the hands of the PTB.
Ever read None Dare Call It Conspiracy by Gary Allen?

There is much more than voting to do. Wake up others. Support those fighting the fight.

BTW: The Good Guys win in the end. It is written.

Ephesians Ch 6:10 to 6:18 > especially 6:12 - For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of the world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eagle,

I agree with the need to wake up others.
But to tell them to vote, when the voting process has been so corrupted that their votes don't count? Be sure to wake them up to that also, or they will think that that is all they need do.

In Australia, it was (maybe still is) a criminal offense not to vote. That should tell you how important getting the suckers to vote is to the bosses.

I do not advocate not voting, I advocate understanding what is really goin on.

It really stings the bosses, giving that education to the readers. It shows how important their bosses feel voting is when you see the final reaction of the Trolls. Notice the last couple of posts by Mann, for example where he changes tactics of appearing as a nice guy and starts the " attack and insult the poster routine" to get the subject of what is wrong with voting changed to defending yourself from the attacks.

As long as the hoi poloi thinks voting is eventually going to work, the bosses feel safe.

IMO; Trump is not totally on target.
BUT
He was not supposed to be elected.
AND
The PTB thought the election was in the bag.
Trump got the silent majority off of their asses, and they voted.

While many of your ideas are true, you still carp on the idea that voting is seriously flawed. You have not proposed any solutions besides "waking up the electorate", which at the extreme touts insurrection, unless there is a more civilized, legal process available to effect changes, and one that the electorate supports.

As a citizen, when voting for the presidency, you have but one vote and three choices: candidate A; candidate B; or no vote. That is it. If you are philosophically in tune with A, you vote him in; same with B; a no vote is abdication of your one weapon. So much is quite clear.

Even if the process is flawed, what is it one voter can do about it besides yelling and screaming and vowing to clean up the mess, which is ineffectual claptrap? Insurrection? Really? Finding and supporting the next candidate that you approve of is just about all you can do, contributing money to party campaigns, besides writing letters to your representatives and political organizations, joining a party and promoting your ideas where you can.

Today, we are presented with Liberal/Progressive A's and Republican/Conservative B's, and for me there is no hesitation to vote Republican, since I utterly abhor the L/P philosophy, and that goes for every level of our governing down to the state, city or county. There is zip I can do right now to ensure that my vote counts, but it seems that it did count along with millions of others in the last election to the great surprise and anguish of the Dems, but a huge relief of the Republicans/Conservatives. So I vote a conservative philosophy and platform whenever I can, and I will not consider voting against Republicans, if what I get our of that is more trouble for the Constitution and the leveling, "Social Justice" ideas of the Left.

Those of a different mindset, especially L/Ps and their socialist/humanist/Marxist ideas, are usually atheistic, social justice, MCPC, gun control types that I reject out of hand. The end result seems to be that the electorate is polarized to either A or B, and to great difficulty in realizing their agendas. In truth, it is city versus country today along with elites versus the rest of us.

Trump was our first real choice in decades. Ron Paul would have been.
I wrote the following over a 40 year period, and 10 presidential elections, updating periodically.

This is the Post Trump Election version of "Party Politics - The FiX is in".
Written in 1992, reflecting on the previous 5 elections. Updated in 2012, and 2017 to cover the last 5 elections.
This is what Trump had to overcome; or be part of.
Time will tell:

Party Politics, 2017, “THE FIX”:
Were we going to be served more of the same from these "two" parties? The RNC DNC Partnership?
The MSM had been touting Bush III and Clinton II from the beginning. Bush III got soundly rejected.
The DNC kept Bernie Sanders down with their “Super Delegates”. Quite the Fix.
Now the RNC and NeoCONS were getting desperate to stop Trump at all costs. Even funding Hillary to stop Trump.
The majority of Americans in both major parties have been disgusted with our government “representatives”, and what has been happening in America. But they kept falling for "THE FIX" every four years.
Frustration had been spreading, and yet, would Americans fall for “The Fix” again. It is obvious something had to change; but what?
To solve any problem, “the root cause” must be discovered, understood, exposed, and eliminated. In the realm of politics; exposing “the root cause” of America’s decline on any significant scale, had been unattainable. Almost all major media is directed and controlled by “the root cause” which sets “The Fix”.
Decade after decade, and election after election; the voters fell for “The Fix”. They either didn’t vote out of disgust; or they voted for “the lesser of two evils”. These actions and non- actions have put America where it is today.
America continued on its downfall because the “voters” had not figured this out.
Give thought to “The Fix”:
The Democratic Party promotes a variety of liberals/socialists, “progressives”, and the Republican Party promotes a variety of “Conservatives”; many are covert global socialists/NeoCONS - Bush Sr. and his “New World Order” was one example.
Under both parties, our Constitutional Republic (not democracy), has been decimated. The Constitution and the principles that made our country the most prosperous, and the envy of the world, has been replaced with a semi-covert agenda for global socialism. The internationalist NWO was being put in place by both political parties. They had become a partnership with the ruling elite/Big Money.
Few Americans understand the purpose of the globalist agenda; but most politicians believe in it, or have sold out to it. That is why their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution have been meaningless to most of them.
“The Root Cause” of our country’s decline; is the privately owned Federal Reserve System (banks), and their control of our money and economy. The perpetrators are the internationalist bankers, whose policy it is, to create a global socialist “New World Order”. With their vast wealth, main stream media control (ownership), control of “public” education, and control of the party apparatus; they are able to ensure that both parties will nominate candidates that will carry out their agenda. With this control, the people fall for “The Fix”; out of disgust they either don’t vote, or they feel compelled to vote for “the lesser of two evils”, – banker backed “A” or “B”. The voters are told; “no one else can win”, “don’t Waste your vote”. The past and current scam used on Republicans by the “ Republican” RNC/PTB was to convince the voters of “who was the most electable against Obama”.
Would it work again? It didn’t this time.
Trump overcame that strategy. How refreshing for those that figured that out . It had to be someone the Bankers knew was in their camp (Goldman Sach's Romney was the last selection) The PTB must be assured that their agenda would be carried out by either party.
That agenda is a One World totalitarian socialist government (A New World Order); to be administered by their Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and Trilateral Commission (TC) front men.
They have given us warnings in the past:
A couple Council on foreign Relations CFR & Trilateral Commission TC Quotes* *
** “An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned frontal attack" – Richard Gardner , Ambassador to Italy - (CFR) Foreign Affairs, April, 1974

** “Actions at the multinational level will be needed, if the process of international relocation of industries is to be accelerated in an organized fashion.” - TC Report #23, 1982

Oh yes! A great threat to OUR America is this movement towards a NWO. I was absolutely thrilled when Trump won! You are right that he has an enormous task ahead to make real progress against the Swamp/Deep State. The enemies are many, and the friends are few, at least at the moment. I honestly do not know just how he is going to defang them, but I will support him as best I can.

One recommendation I have heard over and over is to support the Christian faith, and try to expand its membership, thus increasing the number of those who follow Jesus and the Lord, and pray for our deliverance, and let them vote for Trump and his followers. A NWO that is anti-Christian and pro-atheism must be defeated before it is too late.

Does anyone have the names of conservatives that are secretly supporting this NWO movement? I do not.

Thanks for asking.
A big indicator:

I post this because it covers a lot on the CFR.

Every one that cares, and wants to know what is behind the NWO; should copy, save, and share with others:
URL for Roster of CFR/Trilateral Commission Members is below.

Hillary Clinton spilled the beans at the inauguration of the new office for Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in Washington, D.C. Some have said it was simply a slip of the tongue but whatever the perception is Clinton frankly revealed who's running the show in these United States:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2T-5Pd3oYY

*****Some Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) Facts:
The 3,000 seats of the CFR quickly filled with members of America's elite. Today, CFR members occupy key positions in government, the mass media, financial institutions, multinational corporations, the military, and the national security apparatus.
Since its inception, the CFR has served as an intermediary between high finance, big oil, corporate elitists and the U.S. government. The executive branch changes hands between Republican and Democratic administrations, but cabinet seats are always held by CFR members. It has been said by political commentators on the left and on the right that if you want to know what U.S. foreign policy will be next year, you should read Foreign Affairs this year.
The CFR's claim that "The Council has no affiliation with the U.S. government" is laughable. The justification for that statement is that funding comes from member dues, subscriptions to its Corporate Program, foundation grants, and so forth. All this really means is that the U.S. government does not exert any control over the CFR via the purse strings.
Since 1940, every U.S. secretary of state (except for Gov. James Byrnes of South Carolina, the sole exception) has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or its younger brother, the Trilateral Commission. Also since 1940, every secretary of war and every secretary of defense has been a CFR member. During most of its existence, the Central Intelligence Agency has been headed by CFR members, beginning with CFR founding member Allen Dulles. Virtually every key U.S. national security and foreign policy adviser has been a CFR member for the past seventy years.
Almost all White House cabinet positions are occupied by CFR members. President Clinton, himself a member of the CFR, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderberg Group, employs almost one hundred CFR members in his administration. Presidents come and go, but the CFR's power--and agenda--always remains.
The CFR's Shroud of Secrecy - On its web page, the CFR boasts that its magazine, Foreign Affairs, "is acclaimed for its analysis of recent international developments and for its forecasts of emerging trends." It's not much of a challenge to do so, though, when you play a part in determining what those emerging trends will be.
So are they predicting trends or creating them? The answer is fairly obvious to anyone who has earnestly reflected on the matter.
The CFR fancies itself to represent a diverse range cultural and political interests, but its members are predominantly wealthy males, and their policies reflect their elitist biases. The CFR attempts to maintain the charade of diversity via its Non-Attribution Rule, which allows members to engage in "a free, frank, and open exchange of ideas" without fear of having any of their statements attributed in public. The flip side of this, obviously, is a dark cloud of secrecy which envelopes the CFR's activities.
CFR meetings are usually held in secret and are restricted to members and very select guests. All members are free to express themselves at meetings unrestrained, because the Non-Attribution Rule guarantees that "others will not attribute or characterize their statements in public media forums or knowingly transmit them to persons who will," according to the Council on Foreign Relations' 1992 Annual Report.
The report goes on to forbid any meeting participant "to publish a speaker's statement in attributed form in any newspaper; to repeat it on television or radio, or on a speaker's platform, or in a classroom; or to go beyond a memo of limited circulation."
The end result is that the only information the public has on the CFR is the information they release for public consumption, which should send up red flags for anyone who understands the immense effect that CFR directives have on America's foreign policy. The public knows what the CFR wants the public to know about the CFR, and nothing more. There is one hole in the fog of secrecy, however: a book entitled Tragedy and Hope, written by an "insider" named Dr. Carroll Quigley, mentor of Bill Clinton.

Hillary Clinton Frankly Reveals the CFR Is Running the USA ...
Hillary Clinton spills the beans at the inauguration of the new office for Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in Washington, D.C. Some have said it was simply a slip of the tongue but whatever the perception is Clinton frankly revealed who's running the show in these United States:

Save as a Word Doc, copy and paste. A lot of people are waking up. A critical mass of awakened Americans can get reached when the truth is shared

Here is an interesting article on the CFR and the new world order. This has been in the works for a long, long time.

Thanks for posting this SoL.
Most will not take the time to open and read.
This article should be saved opened and shared by all who want to retain our Republic.

Sad that that does not include many Democrats.

It is sad my friend and a damn shame that the majority of "WE the people" are blind to what is actually happening.

I am trying to assimilate this deluge of perhaps the greatest conspiracy writing of all time. Its vague outlines have become considerably sharper, but how do we fight back?

Get up to speed, and then attempt to educate others.
Once educated, there is no un-educating.

Roger that! How good was Kevin Shipp's presentation on You Tube? It covered the same ground, but didn't mention names as you did. I was already familiar with the CFR, BB, TC, etc. from his charts, but somehow I did not connect the dots that you and thinksense were posting with Shipp's work; thinksense was misleading to me as his posts were not direct enough for me to tumble to the correlation. He came across as conspiratorial from a different threat.

As a 42 year member of the Military-Industrial Complex, I had extensive contacts with Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon and many others, and I knew of many of the methods used to ensure the "right contractor" gets the huge contracts; what I didn't know was who really did the selecting? Perhaps I have a clue now.

Thanks for commenting Manning.
Maybe our government "leadership" will start looking out for America first.
These quotes tell the story of what america has been up against since at least the 1970's

“An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned frontal attack" –
Richard Gardner , Ambassador to Italy - quoted in (CFR)Foreign Affairs, April, 1974

"Actions at the multinational level will be required; if the process of international relocation of industries is to be achieved in an organized fashion." - TC Report #23, 1982

Zbigniew Brzezinski formed Trilateral Commission for David Rockefeller in 1973, and Jimmy Carter was made a founding member. Jimmy Carter became President, & ZB was installed as Carter's National Security Adviser. ZB continued where CFR/Trilat/Bilderberger/ Republican, Henry Kissinger, left off.

“Marxism is simultaneously a victory of the external, active man over the inner passive man and a victory of reason over belief… and has served to stir the mind and to mobilize human energies purposefully ”- Zbigniew Brzezinski - 'Between Two Ages' 1970 (p.72)
Referring to the rivalry between the USSR and the United States – “The eventual outcome of the competition is however, foreordained, given the inherent superiority of the communist system.” -
Zbigniew Brzezinski 'Between Two Ages' 1970 (pp.146,147)
“This system to be controlled in a feudalistic fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.” -
Insider, Professor Carroll Quigley in ‘Tragedy and Hope’,( p. 324)
