Today, I read in the Townhall that the Negro that k**led the two cops in their car was a Muslim. Has anyone heard this in the MSM?

Carol, I received police officer training. Trained by the best, or one of the best police organizations in the world. I majored in police science for a year and trained at police academy's for 6 months. I concur with rolse's post. That's all. I have insight to the minds of police beyond that of the Lay person. Police authority is limited by the Constitution. However, I do acknowledge that overreach does occur. Due to this limitation on police power police cannot create a police state. On-the-other-hand, political power of the government has the power to create a police state by the passage of laws limiting the freedoms of the public. The Constitution is violated by the government every day. Constitutional over ride by the Congress and the Executive evidenced by "asset forfeiture laws without due process by The DEA, EPA, DOJ, DOA, and every other part of gov, most of which have a SWAT team or multiple SWAT teams with military equipment and automatic M16s. Hope I have answered your inquiry. It's not a sexist thing. I am a bit perplexed by the question.

I didn't take it to be sexist, I just wondered if there were "male" references, (rolse--I didn't know it was a name--thought it might be a guy name for a part of the body).

And I never intended anyone to think I would blame a police force for becoming a police state. Exactly the opposite.

In fact our State m*****as I see as bulwarks against standing armies. Please see my post: Standing armies.

You may only be an army of one but, if you count me in, there will be two.

I know that!!!! My intent was to convey that I agree with you. I don't make hits on females anymore. Too old and set in my ways. Love being totally free not having to account to anyone but, my furry and feathered kids, 7 cats, 4 dogs and a pair of Macaws. Adopted the cats and dogs but bought he parrots.

Well, it was a "just in case"--I don't want to be judged responsible for tempting anyone!!

Well, that is, except for Brian. Still haven't figured out exactly what floats his boat.

Good question. Maybe he's lurking somewhere. I actually miss him.

I see females differently than males. I think it's a "guy" thing. But, Here, my goal is to be asexual, if that's possible. Thank you for conducting yo self in a non-sexual , non-provocative manner. You are truly a nice gentle----. I love punning. Some will accuse me of flirting. I use flowering words, sentences and phrases directed at females that I would not to a male. Don't want to be thought of as a Homoman.

I'm wondering if you are, indeed, being sarcastic--about me, that is.
