Dashy, that unborn fetus, as you call it, is a person. A******n is the murder of a person. If some criminal walked up to you and murdered you, could that be considered a post birth a******n? Murder is murder. A woman or a man can make choices about their own bodies, but the pre born baby has his or her own body. I think there is a line here ... If the criminal did not know the woman was prego like its first trimester the intent was to harm the woman than not necessarily.. If the woman is obviously prego..she get harmed and the baby gets harmed the intent was on both yes ... Where does it say a woman could be charged with a miscarriage? Very few a******ns are done to protect the life of the mother. There us a principle in law that says you have to take a person as you find them. Whether the perpetrator knew whether the woman was pregnant does not matter.

My point its pro lifers its a lie ..they don't care about the women ... I look at countries where a******ns are illegal and women are persecuted for miscarriages ... Its not going to matter of they overturn roe ..our lives become less value .. In law intent can matter a great deal ...

I agree with Dashy 100% .. Its a women's body her choice ..a******n is not murder its is healthcare... You don't agree with a******n fine don't have one... But don't prevent others from their healthcare

There are hundreds of crisis pregnancy centers that provide assistance to women and their new born babies if she chooses not to abort so do not say pro lifers do not care about women.

They don't those crisis centers provide fear ..legislatively the right cuts the programs that help mothers ... Healthcare costs childcare costs ..and what if her life is at risk if she carries to term they don't care about that ... Or the child that got pregnant from rape and her body can't handle a pregnancy ...no they want to force her ...Its a big lie that the right uses to prey on peoples morals .. Women have gotten a******ns and sought control over their bodies since before roe .. They will continue
