Yes, thank you Sing, like I had said, the rules were with all CAPS and not Bold. But an entire page in all bold IMO is the same as shouting and not just putting an emphasis on something.
Maybe if people curbed the aggression, we could all talk to each other more respectfully.

I was accurate of what I said, except you've twisted the meaning of it. I bolded some of my letters never thought about being rude or obnoxious as you've accused me. I explained to you why.
Yes, I indicated that Admin allows bold letters. Otherwise I would have never used it. But I asked you, if it feels obnoxious to you, why don't you ask Admin to prevent that in order to please your desires? As I've said, I'll follow rules what ever Admin requires. Rules are for the good of all.
Never have I encountered over the years anybody complaining about using "bold" letters for emphasis, and easy reading. Now you complained about it. I repeat, please ask Admin.. They have the authority to change it.

I've noticed that the quieter I AM, the better I hear and understand others.
Which is my primary goal unless I get PO'ed and irrationally conclude the time has come to "fly off from the handlers" and deconstruct (scatalogically) the chessboard!
Then admin sends me stepwise admonitions regarding how and how quickly and completely to repent. They are not omniscient, but better, (they keep digital proof on the internet which everyone knows is eternal!) but for OPP purposes they are maximally, according to their nature, omnipotent.

The reason you can't have one is despite motivated self interest to monetize the venture, pupils did not follow the "If you build it, they will come!" rule.

However, in good writing, ALL CAPS, bold type, Italics, underline, and strikes are often used for EMPHASIS.
I am well aware that a post written in ALL CAPS is a NO NO.

I could understand that.
And wonder if I might have a taken offense too often, where none might have been intended.
Someone could have then been confused and upset by my overly defensive responses then they responded and so on and a whole scatological theatre production could have ensued! Could have gone on like that for years!

Bold as well as red ,or other colors, are used for emphasis pointing out the very important parts of the subject. Since I've been at OPP on Oct 2014, no one ever complained of using bold letters, red or other colors. I think they are important. But here you are offended about my usage, please ask Admin to remove it.
I suppose there was a purpose why Admin included the bold and colored one. So many people I have encountered using bold and red colored words or statements, never in my imagination that they suggest rudeness.
Aside from me, did you ask or tell your Lib associates using bold that they are rude? I saw Peters entries using bold, did you tell him that he is rude? No! You only attacked me. As long as Admin allows it, I will continue using them for emphasis.
