You continue to have an unsubstantiated high opinion of yourself - there is no reason I, or any sane person, need to run away from you.

With such a high self opinion one would think you might expect yourself to have the ability to realize it was you who made claims - both about what the House did and didn't do - but that's OK - enjoy yourself - continue to stroke your ego and anatomy to full satisfaction

Seems to me I'm not the only one who dislikes it - Obama has changed it enough that it is clear he doesn't much like it either -

Well are you going to do the crawfish shuffle again or answer?...You made the claims up above in your post and if you don't want to answer the bulls**t claims you made just f**king say so boy.

It appears once again you let your alligator mouth overload your hummingbird ass boy which is something all you cons do all the time. Most of the time I ignore it but I'll be waiting to see if you grow a pair or not....

In the meantime you can get your bible out and search for your next reply using scripture of some sorts unless you want to do the crawfish shuffle again...

If congress dosn't like the Presidents use of his executive authority all they need to do is pass a law precluding the particular action he takes provided it is not something that is constitutionally mandated. If any one else feels he has taken action that violates their constitutional rights they can file suit and have the action blocked by the courts.

You are not thinking. The House may pass a bill but, the Senate would not take it to the floor. And by any grace of God the Senate were to pass it, Obumma would not sign it. There is not a snow balls chance in Hell that a 2/3 v**e of congress would over ride his veto. Therefore, all is dead.

So....is your chickens**t ass going to back up your claims or are you going to keep doing the crawfish shuffle?

My guess is you won't and can't back up your own bulls**t. Don't feel lonely though, all you cons have the same problem with it comes to facts and the t***h.

Don't waste anymore of my time boy...run along back to your momma.

"Here we go again, folks. After seeing that outrageous display that passed for a State of the Union address on Tuesday, we now have Obama’s clear promises that he is going to take dozens of executive actions in order to push his agenda through. He is going to act against the will of Congress simply because it is what he wants and, quite obviously, Obama should be coddled and have his every wish and whim catered to.

Now we have word that many House Republicans are working on legislation that would allow them to sue the president. Obviously, this would be for over reaching through executive actions. There is also another House Democrat (Tom Rice from South Carolina) who has been leading something called the STOP Act, which stands for Stop This Overreaching Presidency. It aims to bring a lawsuit against Obama for his abuses of power up to this point and to stop further unilateral actions. This is also pretty much the goal of the forthcoming GOP legislation as well."

Really???? They want to sue him? Talk about STUPID. You don't sue a President, you impeach him. That is the only cure for a President that is abusing his power. It really amazes me how stupid Republican Congressmen can get at times. They have 100 reasons for impeaching him and they are talking about suing him.

Can you tell me how to stop a president from violating his oath of office and acting in violation of his constitutional limits, other than impeachment?

How did the cause get before the Supreme Court relative to Obumm's ruling that Congress was not in session and he made appointments to the NLRB? The SC ruled that his appointments were illegal. Someone had to sue to get before the court. Who was it?

Today, the congress passed Obumm's debt extension. He can spend as much as he wants. Welfare recips may get a big raise. Let's all quit Walmart and apply for welfare.

Congress is just paying the bills they rang up bill.

If they don't want to pay for the debt they are responsible for, then default. What could possibly go wrong with that?

To go to court one needs something called "standing" the NLRB case was bought by some employers who were objecting to regulations from the NLRB that were formulated by illegally appointed members.

Do not confuse debt limit with budget. Obama is only authorized to spend what is in the budget - fact is he has a lot of latitude but it isn't unlimited spending.

Raising the debt limit isn't paying the bills, it is raising the money to pay bills while accumulating even greater bills in the form of interest.

Any program that big will need touches, adjustments and new additions that weren't in the original. Social Security - another whopping big program - needed several adjustments right away, and continues to be tinkered still today.

One of the items in ACA that was overlooked was the requirement that health policies must meet certain basic requirements, and lots of them didn't! This oversight led to Obama repeatedly claiming that "If you have a health policy you like, you can keep it."

When the insurance companies began eliminating those policies the screams began that "the president lied!!" Some employee of the govt. that had a hand in writing the ACA should have warned the 'old man.' He made a mistake that the right trumpeted as a lie - typical political trashtalk!

- Please provide examples of the executive branch modifying Social Security devoid of Congressional involvement.
- Interesting how you cover for Obama - guess he should have watched Fox News - they reported the pending cancellations long before it became public knowledge - they were even able to show Obama explainging to Paul Ryan how just a few million policies would have to be cancelled - probably poor Obama forgot he had known that, just like he forgot he ever met the uncle he once lived with - and forgot what Rev Wright preached. Do love those twists and turns to protect Obama from himself.
