It is probably hard for you to imagine, but there are times where people of both intelligence and integrity v**e other than party line - but I can understand you not being able to imagine that.

Well MrEd, the people elected him to get things done. With the least productive congress in history he tries to get 'em done anyway he can. The glut of executive orders stem from int***sigent Republican refusal to bring issues to a v**e!

Neal - are you even slighlty aware of the bills that passed the House and have not even been debated in the Senate, or do you take a special effort at one sided observations?

I feel that he isnt going to want to go when it is his time to go. Or he is counting on B******i Hillary to win so she can be his puppet. Or even something more sinister..f**e a terrorist strike like 911 and then say that by leaving his post and that time and having a new pres come in would not be good for the country etc etc etc. Roosevelt would have tried something to that effect had he not died because of WWII. And folks, those FEMA camps looking like internment camps to me. Live Love from the last great holdout. TEXAS!

He is going to act against the will of Congress simply because it is what he wants and, quite obviously, Obama should be coddled and have his every wish and whim catered to.

Now we have word that many House Republicans are working on legislation that would allow them to sue the president. Obviously, this would be for over reaching through executive actions. There is also another House Democrat (Tom Rice from South Carolina) who has been leading something called the STOP Act, which stands for Stop This Overreaching Presidency. It aims to bring a lawsuit against Obama for his abuses of power up to this point and to stop further unilateral actions. This is also pretty much the goal of the forthcoming GOP legislation as well."

Really???? They want to sue him? Talk about STUPID. You don't sue a President, you impeach him. That is the only cure for a President that is abusing his power. It really amazes me how stupid Republican Congressmen can get at times. They have 100 reasons for impeaching him and they are talking about suing him.

If Obama's approval ratings weren't in the crapper I think he'd try to stay beyond his 2nd term even if he had to start a revolution to do so. If you'll remember, he proposed a citizen defense force that would be just as strong and just as well funded as our military. In other words, he had his eye on staying in power from the time he won the presidency. Fortunately, the idea didn't take off and too, there aren't nearly enough Kool-Aid drinkers willing to take up arms just so he and his White folks hating wife can continue living like French royalty.

I agree, but today I signed the impeach doctrine because every one of his scandals is enough to impeach him. The most viable I've yet seen is he is NOT upholding and obeying the Constitution that he took an oath to do so. The others he can sit and contemplate them with Nicaragua's ex prez,Noriega, if he is still alive and share dictator stories! Live Love from the great country of Texas!

For a president not to know so much.."Oh, I had no idea," or " I didn't know that" is enough to say he is not doing his job, which is he and he alone IS supposed to know. Don't hand me the last to know bs. He is not that kind of president he is an arrogant, self-righteous sob and that alone will derail him, his excesses will bring him down. I "see" him being really disgraced. I've been on a lot of pain k**lers since I had my hip replaced, it just came out again yesterday, ouch, I should have never gotten it done at such a young age, anyway, when I have pain meds in me, it hampers my ability to "see." But I do see him not wanting to go when his term limit is up and inventing some sort of catastrophe in order to stay in office. If in WWII, the Pres wouldn't have died, he would have tried that. This guy, just think, his entire life has been a sham. To live with that and still be an OK person..never happen he is a sociopath and a very dangerous one. My great grandparents saw for themselves what was happening in Russia with Lenin and Stalin and gave my grandfather money to take his family and go (they were furriers and had visa permit since they were in a furriers guild) to travel. He came to San Antonio. What a brilliant idea! the name of the company was Alaska Fur Co. and my grandmother was in business for over 50 yrs. At that time you couldn't go into a store to buy a fur, you had to have one made and my grandmother made some furs for Hollywood royalty. But back to my subject. My grandfather's birthplace was T***sylvania(Modern Rumania and they were traveling while my grandmother gave birth to my aunt in Poland and to my father in Germany. When they got to the States, my grandfather already had the business up and running and opened another store in Houston Tx called Laska Furriers. But the point being, my great grandparents were scared, I have a 21 yrs old beautiful daughter, Hannah, and I am scared. But we have no place to run, perhaps Israel. My father flew planes under MacArthur in the Japanese theater, in those days, if you didn't have to, you kept the Jewish soldiers away from Germany. But the point being my father(who is still alive at 101 yrs of age,) flew for a country that was barely his, hell, he didn't even make it out of 3r grade because he only spoke Yiddish( a form of Hebrew that everyone from any country could understand). But he did very well, bought my brother a couple of planes and taught him to fly. But I have no place to run. I am deeply afraid. Life Love from the great country of Texas!today) and s

I can see clearly now - grossly misinformed and misled calling someone else an i***t. Are you so badly aware that you think the only stuff the House passed was about Obamacare? Worse, are you even aware that the House passed changes to Obamacare that the Senate wouldn't even consider despite the fact that Obama made the changes on his own? It might be wise to be a bit more reluctant to throw the i***t term around when the information you possess is tailored to keep you unaware.

What has the house passed since the repubs took control that would benefit the American people the senate should consider moving forward on?

We sure in the hell know what they haven't passed that has directly focked the American people since they took control with the most recent being unemployment insurance that millions of folks need.

I see, you've appointed yourself the sole abitrator of what is good and what isn't good for the American people - nothing particularly arrogant about that - glad we have folks like you, Obama, Reid and Pelosi able to make such determinations for all of us - even when we don't know any better like our dislike of the ACA
