If they just insist on changing the anthem I would suggest Irving Berlin's "God Bless America" - It is a beautiful song that is easier to sing and as far as I can tell had no offensive words in it (although many on the left will just be offended that it has God in it). Also if you are not willing to pledge allegiance to the flag and this wonderful country you should try another and see how it treats you.

I saw that video (I live in Georgia) and I could not believe the despicable way these black nurses treated this poor old white man. I hate to bring race into this but they were actually standing around laughing at him and he was obviously in distress. They obviously had no idea they were being recorded because once they found out their tune changed. The family settled with the nursing home for an undisclosed sum of money but the facility is still open for business. These places charge many thousands of dollars a month to see to the needs of those in their care and you should at least be able to expect basic human compassion from the people paid to look after them. If you have family or friends in one of these places it is your responsibility to keep an eye on them to make sure they are getting the care they deserve.
