Yes, I would is the short answer. Is he perfect? Who has been? Does he want to lead this country in the direction I believe it should go? Absolutely. Let me add the words "so far".

But I didn't vote for him because he was going to fix every problem I believe we have as a country between day one and June 21st. I also didn't think that the losers in the last election were going to react the way they have. No president in history has faced such an onslaught of negativity from the opposing party after being elected. I expect it will continue just as loudly, just as violently, and just as ridiculously for the next 2 years, then it will get even uglier as we head to the next presidential election and throughout his second term. And the left still won't get it. And the left will continue to lose except for places like NYC and Kali, and they still won't get it. But maybe, just maybe in the next few years the left will let down their man buns, take off their rompers, and start taking a little responsibility for them selves. But I doubt it.

One thing the left hasn't noticed is that we conservatives haven't even answered your argument (yet). We're not yelling back, we're not counter-protesting, we're certainly not getting the same exposure in the media you leftists are. Because we're working! We're working on taking care of our responsibilities, we're preparing for the short and long term future, because that's what responsible people do. But when you bring it to us on a personal level you're going to experience a whole new level of hurt, because that's also what we do.

Because we have permitted the federal gov't to assume more and more control over our daily lives. Entitlements, education, health care, finances, and on and on. And if you only know one thing about the federal gov't, understand that everything they touch or legislate they fuck up beyond belief. There is not one example of the feds assuming administration and it being a successful enterprise.

For the record I was responding to Noraa's comment on the bottom of page one, asking about "smart gun" technology.

"It" doesn't exist except in experimental form. When it does, it will be quite expensive keeping most gun owners from considering it. To respond to a couple other folks who need yet another law, gun owners et al will resist any and all forms of additional gun control legislation because gun control advocates have been exposed as gun grabber advocates. Any and all legislation at any level is just another attempt to accomplish that goal. That's the difference between the two. If a conservative doesn't own a gun, he/she doesn't own a gun. If a liberal doesn't own a gun he/she doesn't want anyone to own a gun. Your rights stop where mine begin my friends, as it should be.

My theory as well for years. Our gov't has been corrupt to this level for decades. Sad.

You're correct Marv, he should have stated "12 gov't funded scientists".

I don't know. Take away the Comey thing, take away the wikileaks disclosure is the race a lot closer? I think it accounted for a few points but Trump still wins. This is just a discussion point. I too believe that the majority of the conservative electorate was really, really tired of obama and her vow to continue his policies. Add the fact that we desperately needed a conservative justice in order to prevent the collapse of the country over the next four years and we win. I was as stunned on Wednesday morning as I was when the muzzie was re-elected. Elated, but stunned. Now, I'll say that Trump had better get his promises kept in order to get a second term.

He's an entertainer. Pretty far down the food chain of relevance for me. He just took a few steps lower. Kind of like hearing the Pope say f**k.

"Not to even mention the FACT that a child born to insured Parents is AUTOMATICALLY insured." But like most libs, never ignore a chance to bash Trump and praise almighty obama. Just another entertainer with child-like followers believing in his wisdom.

I'd have loved to be a fly on the wall when Clinton realized she'd have to make the call. It had to be monumental. As for dems figuring it out, the real question is what if anything will they do about it? When will they realize that you can't buy votes from people who have no skin in the game (meaning the entitlement babies.)

When will they realize that they are still running for office in America, whether it be at the city, county, state, or the national level? When will all of them, so called republicans included realize that the media has been exposed for what it is, and I absolutely include Fox after all their recent shenanigans. Surveys, polls, etc. are nothing but progaganda meant to create the illusion of accuracy and importance. But in the end it's the American citizen who chose President Trump. Libs can complain about the popular vs. the electoral college all they want. They lost according to the rules in place at the time. It's over. Rather than complain about the most irrelevant tiny issues as posted here like the size of the inaugural crowd, or even Trump said this and he hasn't done "it" yet, why not take a good hard look at what will make America strong again, to the benefit of it's citizens? And I mean both Dems and Repubs, not libs and conservatives.

So the farmer who employed illegals at low wages can't find enough this year to pick his crops, and the 25 yr old black woman with 5 kids who feels like Trump can't or won't feel her pain, and the Type 1 diabetic can't get her $4000 auto insulin injector don't like Trump. I wonder if any of them are searching for alternative answers to their problems on their own?

Probably not. But I can't feel their pain either. I just don't have the time. I run my small biz, 4 families besides my own to be concerned about. My wife is not only the business mgr. here, but also created and built a property mgmt. business from 1 home to 70 homes in 3 1/2 years and is still growing. Yeah, I don't feel for the welfare cheats, the farmer who made his money by hiring illegals in California of all places, and the young woman who thinks medical care is a right. I know a few Type 1's who horror of horrors actually use a needle, not an expensive luxury injector, being a Type II myself, I pay for every pill I consume. And I'm self pay as opposed to any other option.

CounterRevolutionary wrote:
The key is the Clinton Foundation, for it has many suspicious donors tied to the Bilderberg Group, which is the epitome of evil. Abedin's cousins, the Amanats, are probably a very small piece of the puzzle. The entire main-stream-media monopoly is coming down.

Ah, if only that were true. Seems to me no one is innocent, and no one is going down. There should have been numerous prosecutions by now and we have none of any consequence.

I think I've paid enough through all of the entitlements I've paid for.

I'm pretty sure our "debt" is paid in full with the level and amount of entitlements "they've" received. I'm willing to throw down for all the slaves I owned.
