Is everything political now? Do republican speeders get more fines if the judge is democrat? What if a criminal defendant is democrat and judge is republican, are they screwed out of due process?

Members of the bar swear to uphold the law, not partisan politics. FBI swear the same thing. Members of the Government swear to uphold the Constitution, not party agenda's.

Newest member of SCOTUS explained that partisan politics has no place on the bench...did he lie? If we are to assume that everyone applies their oaths loosely, believing that they will use their position to further partisan goals..........there's no need for oaths at all, they're meaningless.

Oh please do! But don't apologize because I have, at one time or another, said everything you are saying. The politicians are worthless in this battle. In fact, along with the complacent media, they are the real enemy. People keep voting them back into office, over and over. People get the kind of government they deserve. But Trump upset this unbalance by naming Gorsuch to the SCOTUS. Now we need that Liberal Hag RBG to retire and the court will be restored to the proper balance and start observing the Constitution that they, and I, took an oath to defend. That being said, I still desire cooler heads to prevail rather than taking the law into our own hands like some leftist-communist-socialist-fascist-antifa(anti-First Amendment)-elitist-statist-totalitarian. When Tyranny become law, rebellion become duty; Until that time, don't crap all over the Constitution. It still has real meaning to some of us despite Obama's agenda. There really are some peaceful Muslims. If you would open your eyes and get out once in a while you would probably meet them. In fact, you probably already know some, but just never bothered to find out they are Muslim. I wholehearted think they need to be more outspoken against the Wahhabist, Al Qaeda, ISIL brand of Islam that is a cancer. Just as some Fundamentalist Christians are misguided, so are many Muslims, but not all. Islam need a reformation. This is the problem that they will need to solve because you can't kill all of them. Yes, yes, Islam isn't really a religion in the usual since. It is a doctrinaire way of life and a political system for many adherents. Although it is one of the big 3 monotheistic religions it has succumbed to misguided precepts and hadiths not compatible with the United States Constitution.

I have an even better idea!

There were about 62 million people who voted for Trump, and a high estimate is that the wall as Trump proposes it would cost about $71 Billion. My guess is that about 70% of that is labor. So if everyone who voted for Trump pitched in about 23 hours of their time at a great American wage of $35/hour we could get that thing built for practically nothing! Why, my guess is there are enough patriotic companies out there that would also donate the materials and engineering expertise. What are you guys waiting for?

What hat trick will Trump pull next, to further alienate America from the rest of the world? He's insulted our allies and made America a laughingstock. Now he's withdrawn us from the Paris Climate accord. I don't care how much Obama is hated, the international climate change accord is a good thing. Happily, there are cities, states and many corporations that have already vowed to keep the accord intact.

If Trump was a smart man, one miģht think this was intentional, to take government out of the climate change agreement, but he's just not that smart. Hopefully, more cities, states and corporations will take the vow to leave less of a carbon footprint, and a cleaner environment.

So you would like any one to be able to buy a gun, no background check, no waiting period, no experience needed. Is that your goal? And you think I am crazy. People on a no fly list because they are suspected terrorists, people with mental problems, people who are stalking someone else, can all get a gun. Great.
