Just some general thoughts on this Issue:

First I am just as RED BLOODED AMERICAN as the next person.

There have been statements to that effect that I may not be so on this Forum.

Most people think that it is a personal right to have guns but it is not.

It is about having a State Militia.

If we will end up cleaning up this issue it will be a about returning the Nation Guards back to the states. Then who has or can purchase guns will be under the National Guards control.

If you have guns now at first there would be no big effort to have a blanket taking away of most guns. But there are many weapons that do not belong in the hands of the General Public

As much as I don't see eye to with you I see no problem with you having personal weapons or being a member of a State Militia with well set rules an no political control.

It would be Important that the control & Actions of each state will not be under direct control of the President or Congress

Control & the actions of each States Militia will be limited to that State only.

There would need to be guide lines set on a National level by the States agreeing on general issues.

I would like to think that many Guard Members would have had Active Military Service.

I read it and believe that you're cherry picking those things which you would LIKE to influence me. Did YOU read the entire article? I think not. The only thing I see that sounds like the present Hillary is that she is evasive. I see her as one who avoids taking a stand unless she is forced into it as she had done before Sanders attacked her on this same evasiveness. The rest of the article is "he said, she said." I'm sure she felt fortunate, as a 23-year-old, to be accepted for an internship. They're hard to come by. At that age she was in the same position as many of our youth are today - positive, liberal-minded and progressive. It's too bad that she cannot show that part of herself. Oh hell yes they want to do that. They have eve asked certain countries not to follow the eating habits of the West (The US, of course) as they grow and try to be like us in other ways.

They have even gone so far as to connect agriculture and dairy farming to climate change. They say that these businesses are contributing more "bad" gasses to our planet than anyone else. The EPA did take some serious consideration of taxing cow flatulence about 3 years ago. This sounds too much like the UN and all its agencies who work to hold the United States back and down. All of this crap sounds too much like it is attached to the UN's Agenda 21. I have cheated and read a lot more about Agenda 21 than too many of you.
