Dude, the definition in the dictionary of cognitive dysfunction should carry your photograph. Blade is right and you are completely wrong. Listening to you, I'll say again, is like listening to a 5 year old boy confidently explaining to his Dad how a car works. You are a illustration of ignorance on pretty much every subject you jump into. Full of assumptions and nonsense. And you do it in 3D technicolor.

Don't despise them! They are the mission field, and have the potential to be our brothers in Christ.

Until that potential shows a little promise, I will despise them.

Your privilege, of course. Sometimes it is very hard to implement 1 John 4:8.
Have a Blessed day, SOW.

Completely agree!!! BUT, with one codicil. I think that the decline in church attendance hurts everyone, believers and nonbelievers. Having thousands, maybe millions of people praying and singing worshipful hymns every Sunday morning helped raise up the entire country energetically. Just my opinion.

By golly………I think you’re right! 👍.

I realize that many of us old folks say this but………it was such a more simple life, slower, kinder, closer with our families and friends, and neighbors. Money wasn’t as important back then as long as your necessities were met! We put our best clothes on to go to church, even though it was just the bestest jeans for the males and starched and ironed best dress for the girls! It was the only time I put a dress on! LOL!

One of my favorite memories is the once a month afternoon singing sessions……..with the old red Baptist hymnal
book. It didn’t matter if you could sing on key or not…..😂 I can still hear them loud and clear!

And then the INTERNET was born! The very thing that connected the world, disconnected the people! 😰

All of that is true, and jives with my memories. We were fine with only 3 TV stations and the radio for the car. and I love that last quote! Poetic as well as true!

True words...

Kids are so glued to their phones these days they don't even seem to know how to interact with adults anymore. My daughter and her family when they were here would be glued to their games, we had to put the kybosh on it so we could do things.

They are coming in July and the kids (17 and 15) asked of they could shoot grandads guns, we told them of course. We also told them Kien could drive the boat, so the idea is to keep them a bit more engaged...oh, the grandson wants to try shooting some pool as well

Sounds like a fun time for all! You may need to stock pile some extra ammo.

I think all the younger generation is guilty of this, ours is! It is definitely worth the extra effort to make memories that they will all remember. We are on our 3rd generation……….8 great grand babies from 1 month to 5 years old. Six of them live close by and they have their Nanny wrapped around their fingers! LOL!

Do your grandkids a big favor, read the Gospel of John to them.
