With all my heart, I hope you are right. If and when we lose guns, we become subjects. I just don't believe the younger generations understands that. Give up one gun and hide guns of which there is no record. Look for a resistance group to be a part of and try to make a difference. Don't commit suicide be being an idiot.

OK, no doubt that some percentage of the 137 million gun owners in the US will "roll over", but even if 25% of them won't, that's 34 million--many of these are veterans. With a total of 4 million employees, including the armed forces, the government simply doesn't have the manpower and resources to deal with that many. A very small percentage of government employees are LE, something like 150,000.

Now, explain what is and is not an "easy target".

Question is: whose side are you on? Are you one of those pull toys who'd welcome socialist despotism? Or, are you just a wimp who'd "roll over"?

The most powerful country in the World cannot prevent millions of illegals from pouring over it's Southern border. The most powerful country in the World is too stupid to put up a fence. The most powerful country in the World is half ruled by the most stupid critters walking the Earth today. AKA Democrats.

If you honestly think our military would become hostile towards the citizenry, we’ll have to have a long conversation. The mindset of most volunteer service members is protecting people. You could make a point using Kent State, but I’m confident that situation was an aberration. Even if you got every military member to follow that kind of order, they’re still heavily out numbered, and it would be counter productive to use unconventional weapons. This hypothetical is hardly even worth discussion.
