This is something I would like to know all the details about.. What was Pence roll in this...

As to Pence a saw a headline that the cabinet is a dream for Pence.. Maybe he will run the nation while Trump and the kids hunt for more gold..

Thanks a lot ,,, FOR NOTHING ! the article explains the E-clause . You claim Trump bribed this company ,, and offer coulda , woulda , shoulda and maybe but have nothing but accusations ,,NOTHING ,, sounds confusing dose it not ? It is ..

reconreb-this is nothing more than BS by the panicked left wingers. Trump probably reiterated that the Corp. tax rate would go down to 15% and that if they chose to move the US could tax any product manufactured out of the country and shipped back to the USA at a rate of 35%. That ,along with a smattering of patriotism and the laying on of a guilt trip, could have been enough to sway the company leaders. Losing one thousand jobs is quite significant especially in a smaller community where jobs are scarce. Many Liberals do not identify with jobs and self sustenance as they have been taken care of by big brother all of their lives without the need for work. I applaud Trump for convincing the Carrier leadership to stay. Good Luck America !!!

Trunp has made history. Even before officially taking office he has saved American Jobs! He has done more for America than Obama has in eight years in office.
Trump is Amazing! Liberals kneel before your President Elect!

The president-elect is likely to claim that his great dealmaking skills are responsible for making the agreement happen, but what he won’t say is that United Technologies – Carrier’s parent company – was basically bribed with taxpayer dollars to keep a few hundred jobs in Indiana – and it had nothing to do with Trump himself. https://rdeliason.com/2016/11/29/the-emoluments-clause-bribery-and-president-trump/

We need to save all American jobs from outsourcing. Change the laws that allowed it in the first place.

While understand your ideological desire for failure, hold that thought. If the decision was made to move to Mexico why are they meeting with the incoming administration? This is still a business decision regardless what's driving it. The fact that the admin might appear to play nice and make deals is by no means capitulation. Far from it. The threat remains in the face of the companies; if you leave and take American jobs with you we will legally punish your shareholders. There is also the possible (yet to be understood) incentive of reduced corp tax rates. All this comes into play. It's not as simple as Leftist desired outcomes.

That the 'party' will be over is not great wisdom, I'm afraid. It is a known to any who have watched the destruction of our economic infrastructure by the Washington Crime Machine that whoever stepped in is in for a long and arduous ride to start to get it set straight again. If however you are inferring that Trump will show his real spots and turn on his constituency by favoring big business and Wall Street ... well ... I suppose time will tell. Early indications are, he won't.

In any case to be as poor at leadership and governance as his predecessor is going to be a stretch even for the Mighty Donald. We have little to lose at this point.

Have you counted for inflation? Trying to run government like a private business is a recipe for disaster. It feels good while you're getting focked.
