I disagree. In my opinion the Affordable Care Act alias Obamacare policy is actually giving the poor and economically disadvantage a penalty. People are entitled to choices plus, the Affordable Care Act alias Obamacare policy limits Emergency Services for people that don't have health insurance coverage. Because of the U.S. Social System even poor people have the ability to pay for health care cost free of charge based on annual income. In my opinion the Democratic idealism of Health Care reform is a gimmick to cover up corrupt health care professionals for committing breaches of the law against the poor. Instead of a criminal charge these Allied Health Care Professionals are being compensated for malpractice, wrongful diagnoses, and fraud.

I disagree, I understand that public health care services are still available to the public plus federal subsidies free of charge. I also understand that Health Maintenance Organizations, Allied Health Care Professionals, and Private Health Insurance Companies lose. Your post is misleading the public into thinking the Federal Government or (GOP) are against the American public in regards to health care choices, responsibilities, and, decisions making and that's not even the issue at all. The Affordable Care Act or (Obamacare) support Medical Terrorist and their foreign health care diagnostic's on the American public. Also, I'm entitled to Doctor Patient Confidentiality also known as Physician-patient privilege which is a legal concept related to medical confidentiality that protects communications between a patient and his or her physician from being used against a patient in a court of law. Its is a part of the rules of evidence in common law jurisdictions. Almost every jurisdiction that recognizes physician- patient privileges not to testify in court, either by statute or through case law, limits the privileges of knowledge acquired during the course of providing treatment of any type at the doctors office. In some jurisdictions, conversations between a patient and physician may be confidential in both criminal and civil courts.
