The Department of Motor Vehicles merged into the Secretary of State in the 1980'S and it changed
the role of the United States Department of State as an agency that issues Drivers License and Non-Drivers
License. These Legislative changes occurred in all 49 states accept Michigan. These Legislative changes to the
Secretary of State didn't affect the Secretary of State in Michigan. In my opinion its a Federal
Conspiracy that's keeping the Secretary of State in Michigan from changing its organization from the Circuit
System to the Municipal System. I believe the Federal Government are condoning organized crime on
American Citizenry by committing Identity Theft on various local residence in Michigan to finance their
Foreign Expenditures in third world Countries (Cost Sharing) and creating a monopoly for third world
populations. According to the United States Department of Justice this fact violates the Anti-Trust Law
and jeopardizes the safety of local Michigan residences keeping them victimize and international targets
for terrorism foreign and domestic.

Frankenmuth to lose Secretary of State office in 2010
Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land announced Tuesday the Frankenmuth branch, 477 N. Main, will close and consolidate with the Saginaw Northwest office, 4404 Bay in Saginaw Township. The Saginaw Township office will become a Plus office, with expanded Wednesday hours, the ability to pay with Discover and MasterCards, instant vehicle titles and self-service stations for immediate license plate tab renewals.
