The wrongful thinking here is that in Paul's time the Emporer was the ultimate authority. In our Constitutional Republic the citizens are the ultimate authority and contrary to his belief Obama is accountable to "We the People" who are the government. Another factor is that we still have a seperation of powers even though the Legislative and Judical branches seem to have surrendered their authority to the Executive branch this can change when the citizens decide they are tired of Obama ruling by fiat and elect a congress who will have the guts to exercise their authority and will quit rubber stamping judical nominees and v**e articles of impeachment for Obama exceeding his Constitutional Authority.

It's as if the gun grabbers celebrate a crisis such as Newtown and dance on the innocent victims of a mentally deranged person while continuing to rub salt in the wounds of the victims families just to push their agenda to destroy the second amendment. We all feel for the loss of these victims and their families but need to quit reveling in their heartbreak and ask what could have actually avoid these disasters perpetrated by mentally unstable individuals. Do gun free zones really protect or do they endanger, is ACLU's efforts to mainstream the mentally ill really protecting them or endangering them plus innocent victims? I remember when NC had to release many from the Mental Hospitals who were unable to function outside the Hospitals and recieved insufficent treatment, many of their lives were shortened plus innocent citizens were placed in danger from their actions.

To answer your question I've found that there is only one degree of Dead and if politicans who stand on the bodies of victims to try to increase their control of citizens will check they will find that there are many "weapons" that cause more deaths than firearms. This isn't about Gun Control it's about People Control by "never wasting a disaster" to promote their evil intent to change "We the people" to "We the Government". Stay strong my fellow American!

I am a retired LEO who held sacred my oath of office to enforce the laws of my state "not inconsistant with the Constitutions of my state and the US Constitution". I did this for 43 years. Many of todays elected Federal Officals take the oath to fulfill the duties of their office and to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America with no intent to do either especially the support and defend the Constitution. They are never called to task for their actions. Their constituents should immediately file articles of impeachment against anyone who violates their Oath of Office for it is evident that if they will lie about their Oath they will lie about anything. This would restore citizens trust in their elected officals instead of the common opinion that all politicans lie.
