JerryMac is absolutely right. According to the founders of this country, the rights are God given and the Constitution
just protects our rights.

I am talking about a person who wants a firearm legally.

Everyone who is willing and capable should own a weapon
for home defence. Also everyone should search their heart,
and decide if they want to take the responsibilty of protecting themselves, their family, and others from the
things we read about everyday. Would you want to stop a
rapist who is raping a woman and you hear her screams for
help? What would you do if the store you are in is held up
by a group of men, who shoot a cashier because she is not
moving fast enough? These are the type of questions I asked myself before I decided to get my Concealed Carry
Permit. Remember the saying "when seconds count, police
are just minutes away"!

I believe that the best way for this country to survive is to turn back to the Constitution. It is my firm belief that the Second
Amendment is one of the supreme laws of the USA. I also
believe that all gun control laws are, therefore un-Constitutional. We have laws that protect us from felons owning even a bullet, much less a firearm. We have laws that make it illegal to have a weapon while in the possession of drugs. There are many laws of this type which
are Constitutional, because these people do not have the
protection of the Constitution. Stand with me to prtect our
Constitution!

I am a newbie, so I will watch and listen for a while. I am a believer in the Second Amendment, and believe that all gun
control laws are un-Constitutional. Does anyone else agree with me?
