The plain and simple answer to all of it: Envy wears a thousand different faces. We are seeing them all.
Just think, though, of the many ways of "persuading" her colleagues to v**e for her. With her billions$$, there's all kinds of threats, blackmail, shakedowns, not to mention consequences for millions of constituents if they don't v**e her way.
