Do I believe he has the power to suspend constitutional e******n laws? OF COURSE I DON'T BELIEVE HE HAS THE LEGAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL POWER TO DO SO. NOR DOES HE HAVE THE LEGAL OR CONSTITUTIONAL POWER TO DO MANY OF THE THINGS HE HAS BEEN DOING. BUT HE HAS THE WILL AND THE POWER TO BACK IT UP, NOT LEGITIMATE, MIND YOU, BUT WILL AND POWER.

As proof, I point to Obamacare, Fast and Furious, the constant attempt to strip citizens of their means of protection, B******i, negating the i*********n l*ws, appointments made illegally. What he does NOT have is an opposition with any power. Anyone who has the necessary financial backing can buy any part of our government and do as he pleases. THAT is the hole in our Constitution, and until that hole is plugged, citizens are in for a rough ride because Obama has shown others how to usurp an entire nation. All one has to have to do just what Obama did is MONEY, Sociopathic tendencies, a total lack of conscience, an absence of honesty and integrity. We were warned about this over 200 years ago, but our schools have quit teaching about the most powerful force in America - and I think we all know why!

Obama is out of control and the American people need to wake up to his t*****rous ways. This amnesty-bill is the one that really makes me sick. The people illegally in this country are criminals, nothing more. Yet with millions of Americans out of work, he turns his back on us and sides with demanding, disrespectful illegal-invaders. Our immigration-system is not broken. It is deliberately being unenforced to push his agenda, cheap-labor for his greedy corporate-backers and v**es for the Democratic Party. He lies when he says the majority of Americans are for this treasonous Senate-bill, when in fact, the majority of Americans are dead-set against it. If the Republicans think they will get more Hispanic v**es by siding with him on this then they are very mistaken. Barak Obama, Eric Holder, Jeh Johnson, the Democratic Senators, the "gang of eight", and all Republican Rhinos should be removed from office and tried for treason.

Recently, In a exchange of thoughts with a fellow poster on this site he (Sir Jonhatfield) suggested that in order for me to understand the radical rightwignuts as he called us that I should look up a writing by Eric Hoffer - The True Believer in Wikipedia. I did look it up only because I was curious to see what the extreme left, of which Jonhatfield is a part of, see us to be. The article covers the subject of Mass Movements and as I read it a pattern emerges. The pattern was not about the Rightwingnuts description that I was told would be there but a schematic of how to herd the population into a Mass Movement. At this point I would hope that everyone reading this go to the article referenced in Wikipedia so that you better understand what I'm about to say. Sorry I could not get a link.

First - The leader of the Movement must be " A MAN OF WORDS " Our articulate Obama is that as long as you keep him on the teleprompter.
Second - To sway the masses you do not have to believe in God but you must believe in the Devil. The Devil can be anything and in our case Obama has made the Devil " Capitalism, Big Greedy Corporations and the Wealthy.
Third - Be a part of larger collective. Total surrender of individual goals and opinions and push identifying with a larger community. Obama told you, "you didn't build that" to destroy individuality. Obama says, we must have Redistribution of wealth, again destroying individual goals because if everybody gets the same why I'm I busting my ass; its going to change nothing.
Fourth - Desire for Change, when people are happy they do not want change so how do we make them unhappy? Well a good start is to loose their jobs. Run out of money, loose their home, not able to buy food or afford utilities. Obama by design has regulated most companies out of business. Those that are h*****g by their fingernails will fall out when the full impact of those regulations plus ACA costs hit. Hoffer said the best source of converts for the Mass Movement is the new poor because the abjectly poor do not participate as their struggles with survival overwhelms their desire for change. We now have all the new poor we want.
Fifth - We just said the abjectly poor will not participate but we need numbers, how do we get them? Obama says subsidize, increase entitlements extend unemployment forever. When we get them on our dole they will be irredeemably spoiled with no hope so they will no longer have a choice but to do our bidding.
We could continue this diatribe indefinitely but I'm asking did you see the same thing I saw or did you see something differently I really would like to know.
Lastly, As a final comment to Sir Jonhatfield; I saw nothing in Mr. Hoffer's article that relates to understanding as you say Rightwingnuts and with all due respect I must stick to my previous determination that you sir are truly delusional and should seek medical assistance.

Where were you with your concerns about taxation when, in October 2003, the Bush administration submitted $18 billion for the reconstruction of Iraq, under the control of L. Paul Bremer (reference: *No End In Site -a documentary with interviews with several people who served in the administration); a year later, approximately $1 billion was actually spent on reconstruction, and the remainder was unaccounted for -???

There hasn't been sufficient time for the ACA to work (or not work). Until then, if anything is preventing the private sector from creating jobs, it's the d******e, reckless, narrow-minded, and ignorance of the republicans on capitol hill, who refuse to put the best interests of the country over the extremists within their ranks.

The Supreme Court should not be abolished, but it should have term limits. Do you actually believe that a judge appointed for life to the most powerful court in the US can be expected to be apolitical? Not be beholden to the Party that had the majority in the Senate when he or she was confirmed? And that judge is in for life? Get real. All of these life appointed Federal Judges should be relegated to terms of no more than seven to ten years. We need a Supreme Court, but the one we have now takes the "Supreme" part a little too seriously. There are actually three parties in DC: Republican, Democrat, and Establishment Fat Cat. Wanna guess which one holds the winning hand? Those politicians who have (R) or (D) after their names are just trying to hang on long enough to be a part of the (EFC). As I mentioned in another post, any politician who claims to "put his money where his mouth is," is just referring to the fact that he carries his wallet in his hip pocket. (Slightly to the left or right of where his mouth is if you want to be picky about it). By the way, Obama is no more a Muslim than I am. He changes religions and positions more frequently than most people change underwear. He is wh**ever it takes to get his way.
