rumatoid; your logic is purely and fatally illogical. To t***slate, it is gibberish. I will not attempt to explain. I will state that I am a true conservative as I am a Christian. So, there goes your blather. :!:

What Has Happened to Oversight

The United States House of Representatives is and has failed to carry out its oversight of the executive as required by or implied by the Constitution. The individual elected by the American people in 2008 and again in 2012 has failed to adhere to his Oath of Office, “ I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Mr. Obama did on or about March 19, 2011order United States forces to launch Tomahawk missiles on Libyan targets. This constituted military action without the direct authority of Congress and a direct violation of the War Powers Act.
In The National Review Online, dated February 23, 2011, Daniel Foster reported that Obama unilaterally decided that Section 3 of DOMA (1 U.S.C. § 7) is unconstitutional and that he has instructed the Department of Justice to no longer defend cases in the 1st and 2nd circuits.
Contrary to diplomatic protocol and decent human courtesy expected of our Chief Executive, Mr. Obama did on or about May 5, 201, abruptly leave Mr. Netanyahu and the Israelis sitting in the Roosevelt Room while he left to dine elsewhere. True, there are alternative stories but Mr. Obama has never explained his actions and Mr. Netanyahu reportedly was highly insulted.
On September 11, 2012, Mr. Obama and others watched as the US Embassy in B******i, Libya was attacked by terrorists. The time frames reported indicate that there was ample time for U.S. Forces to be ordered to the defense of the compound. None of those who might have ordered American forces into the fray ever did so, though air and ground forces were available to engage the terrorists. There has not been a Congressional investigation and contrary to Obama’s pledge, the terrorists have not been hunted down and brought to justice.
This latter event constitutes gross Dereliction of Duty by Obama, H. Clinton, Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey that at the very least constitutes Treason and aiding and abetting Murder. One year, Two Months and four days have passed and the families of four good Americans are being forced to wait for justice to be served.
Congress has a duty to investigate this tragic event, and then to indict the four guilty parties on charges of Treason and Murder. Obama must be at the very least Impeached for his earlier breaches of his oath, whether or not the Senate convicts. This great Republic must polish away the tarnish Obama and his administration have splashed upon out gilded capitol dome. The 113th Congress is saddled with an awesome responsibility; how about getting on with it?

I am so sorry some of you are ignorant of the facts amd apparently have no idea what constitutes Treason and Murder. Facts are facts and the t***h is the t***h. If you love Obama, I can offer nothing but sympathy. Please check out my profile; it may give you some insight.

First Things First

There is no doubt this great republic is in deep doo doo; we are burdened by an inept, criminal executive, a "lost in the mist of 'where are we?' 113th Congress", and both houses dealing with situations for which they appear totally inadequate or willing to tackle.
The immigration fiasco and the debt ceiling just recently raised illegally by HRH, that’s who are serious and will need serious attention. However, this absolutely worthless Congress fails to tackle the most serious problems head on as they must.
Fast and Furious was an illegal machination by two i***ts, both of whom claimed “No Knowledge” when, in fact the records were and are patently clear; Obama and Holder both lied to Congress, Holder proceeded to be held in contempt and no action was taken.
On September 11, 2012, our consulate security, inadequate as it was, was breached, our Ambassador was kidnapped, sodomized and murdered and three other brave Americans, badly out gunned, were murdered. Purportedly ALL these events were witnessed via closed circuit video linkage from CIA Headquarters. Who saw it? The Head reptile Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary the Asp Clinton, Leon Panetta and Chief of the Joint Chiefs, General Martin Dempsey.
Where were they? In the White House Situation Room from where The CIC had the wherewithal to order at minimum, an Air Force Supersonic Flyover from waiting aircraft at Aviano, Italy. Another Aircraft in Tripoli waited for orders to deploy troops but was ordered to “Stand Down.”
It became patently clear that Obama was first and foremost concentrating on the upcoming p**********l e******n and showed absolutely NO CONCERN for the lives of brave Americans in peril. Obama's comment, "We will hunt down and bring those responsible to justice" was simply more rhetoric and no substance. Here it is almost a year later and Obama is on the verge of firing rockets into Syria.
Therefore. First things first. That would mean an indictment of the four miscreants for the crimes of Treason and Murder, a trial on those charges and if convicted as deserved, hanged by the neck until dead. Justice though too long delayed will finally be served. Also a message will have been sent to all those elected to serve, the people’s business must be tended to expeditiously, correctly and legally.

Did You Receive the Speaker’s Survey?

By Tom Davis

I did, and I just now completed it. However, I did not make the requested donation even though I am a dyed in the wool Conservative. Mr. Boehner has proved to be less than forthright with those whom he purports to represent, the conservatives. He, Cantor and McCarthy made their Pledge to America that turned out to be more political rhetoric.

John Boehner sheds a few tears and dutifully wipes them away with the ever-ready handkerchief. His well-bronzed skin is a dead giveaway of his propensity to spend considerable time at Washington’s lush golf courses, reportedly, at least once with his royal highness, Barack Obama. Not good and sure as hell not conducive to a trusting relationship with the real conservative base, The Tea Party Faithful watching his every move.

The House calendar is replete with far too many long weekends and short workweeks. May I be so crass as to suggest a few items in need of attention by the entire House of Representatives? First, it was reported today in an article from the New York Times by way of Patriot Update News that the Fannie Mae scandal is worse than Watergate. It goes on to note that President Bush attempted to get the committees headed by Chris Dodd (Senate) and Representative Barney Frank (House) to address the problem. Both vehemently denied there was a problem. There was and to date it has cost the American taxpayer $153 Billion. For that bald-faced lie, Mr. Frank should be impeached and dismissed. I believe that is within the purview of your responsibilities Mr. Speaker.

Second, The ‘closet’ muslim in the Oval Office has and continues to ignore the United States Congress in his failure to carry out faithfully his responsibilities as President in the following areas: (1) He has f**grantly, knowingly and criminally violated the War Powers Act by engaging in military action in Libya. (2) Mr. Obama in concert with Eric Holder has stated publicly that the Defense of Marriage Act would not be enforced, a direct repudiation of his sworn duty.
(3) Mr. Obama, with malice aforethought and in an act of vindictiveness refuse to produce a valid Certificate of Live Birth in a timely fashion resulting in the Court Martial, conviction and imprisonment of LTC Terry Lakin, a member of the United States Army. (4) Mr. Obama, in collusion with his Attorney General, Eric Holder, failed to provide the Governor of Arizona with valid Constitutional information when said Governor signed into Law, SB 1070. Mr. Obama compounded his offense when he subsequently urged other and foreign entities to file fallacious lawsuits against Arizona. His actions brought irreparable harm to a sovereign state and to its governor. (5) Mr. Obama has wantonly, maliciously, deliberately and with careless disregard for the long-held beliefs and culture of The United States of America, unilaterally defied conventional behavior and paid court to The Muslim Community to the exclusion of the Christian and Jewish communities. He further exacerbated the situation by failure to proclaim a National Day of Prayer, rather he formally proclaimed the Month of June 2011 to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, T*********r P***e Month, representing that segment of the population whose sexual propensities are blatantly antithetical to the beliefs of over Ninety per cent of the population.

As you well know Mr. Speaker, there is far more that you might address. You are encouraged, in fact as the Butler so to speak in America’s household, you have your duties to perform or you are hereby on notice that your services will no longer be required as of January 20, 2013.

In closing, should you choose to disregard the forgoing, you are admitting to being a major part of the problem rather than the leader of those who seek solutions and not excuses.

I expect a response to this notice, preferably to me but also in an open letter to Mark Alexander of the Patriot Post.

Dereliction of Duty

By Tom Davis

Any United States Serviceman or Woman who committed even a fraction of the offenses committed by their Commander-in-Chief, Barack Hussein Obama would have been charged with, at the very least, Dereliction of Duty under Article 92 of the UCMJ.

I should like to cite a few instances. It was the duty of Barack Obama to provide Governor Brewer of Arizona, proper advice Vis à Vis SB 1070. Rather than provide the proper advice, he compounded the problem by ordering his Attorney General, Eric Holder to file a frivolous lawsuit against her. The proper advice was, The Executive of any of the several states has the authority to repel an invader when the danger appears to be imminent (United States Constitution, Article I, Section 10, Para 3.)

Mr. Obama had the further duty under Article II, Section I Paragraph 8 to defend the Constitution of the United States, which he failed to do.

Mr. Obama stated publicly that he would not enforce The Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) Pub.L. 104-199, 110 Stat. 2419. In this his Attorney General, Eric Holder, supported him.

Mr. Obama finally released “a” Long form record of birth that has been called a forgery by a recognized expert. Mr. Obama has yet to prove his qualification to serve as POTUS.

On May 19, 2011, President Obama ordered a missile strike on the sovereign nation of Libya, an act in direct violation of the United States Constitution that states; without equivocation, only Congress has such authority under Article I, Section 8. Notwithstanding his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief of the Nation’s Armed Forces, Mr. Obama overstepped his authority and is himself responsible for untold casualties to Libyan citizens and damage to Libyan property.

Mr. Obama invited foreign powers and any interested parties to join in his lawsuit against the Sovereign State of Arizona thus diminishing the good opinion held of Governor Brewer, and the entire State of Arizona.

Mr. Obama’s obsequiousness in his duties as President and his all too frequent gaffes are a disgrace to this great nation.

For all the above, I request that immediate action be taken to introduce Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, also known as Barry Soetoro.

Homosexuals v Fairness

By Tom Davis

Just before the United States House of Representatives v**ed to repeal the DADT policy signed into law during the administration of President Clinton, she commented, “'We honour [sic] the values of our nation and we close the door on fundamental unfairness,’”

If their v**e “close[d] the door on fundamental unfairness” does that v**e by any stretch of the imagination belatedly bestow upon Nancy Pelosi the “right” to join the United States Army? Obviously it does not. All branches of the military must have the latitude to set workable standards for its men and women. Any decisions relative to the standards set should nor be subject to the whims of the L**T tip toers through the tulips. The military has far too many real missions and having one court martial after another because a Barney Frank got the tar beat out of him because he got too friendly in the shower.

Fairness is second nature to Americans; however, “fairness is NOT a Constitutional ‘right’ of which there are only three. Pelosi could have said, Political Correctness gives gays the same rights as all other Americans and she would have been absolutely correct. The privilege of serving in the United States Military is just that, a privilege and not a right. Gays are not and should not be a privileged class. Their basic problem is that a percentage of them seem to believe they are being brave by coming out of the closet. Wrong, they are being stupid, only another gay wants to know such information.

Repealing DADT is a damned foolish idea just to satisfy a president of questionable origin and morality and his preferred coterie of friends, the L**T crowd. With the exception of the leadership of the United States Marine Corps, the other military leaders have vacillated or reneged on their earlier stance on DADT.

If the PC crowd wants to be fair, then I demand to be recalled to active duty at age 86 and straight as an arrow. Of course that too is a stupid notion although I could be of greater value quicker than any recruit gay of unknown quality. There are hundreds more overage veterans who could use the job and would provide useful, reliable and honorable service. Note to Congress; you had better think this over and then rethink it and refer it to every committee where it is bound to thankfully go into a stall and crash. Pelosi is a certified Kook.

Congressional Lack of Ethics

By Tom Davis

Anthony Weiner is just the most recent and not the worst of a plethora of Congress people to breach the Government’s own Rules of Ethics. It was reported by the Sunlight Foundation that two Congressmen-to-be, Pete Sessions and Mike Fitzpatrick failed to attend the swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Rather they were attending a fundraiser at the US Capitol in Fitzpatrick’s honor, a clear violation of the House rules.

Clear, overt, knowing and callous regard for their own rules and standards is commonplace in our government. Presidents, Senators, Representatives, Judges, Civil servants and others bound by the two codes in effect violate the rules on a daily basis. The code of silence and its complement, do not point a finger at a violator, or else, are the prevailing status quo. Acceptable seems to be anything with which one can get away undetected by an outsider. That approximately Ten Square Mile area known as Washington, DC is a veritable cesspool of all manner of nefarious behavior.

From Ethics in Business & Society: Selected Quotations Compiled by Dr. L. Murphy Smith, Texas A&M University comes this exhortation from the most ethical of our Presidents, George Washington, "Associate with men of good quality, if you esteem your own reputation; for it is better to be alone than in bad company."

Washington, in his farewell address, urged his countrymen to forswear excessive party spirit and geographical distinctions. That admonition was ignored during the Administration of Thomas Jefferson when inter-party strife became nearly intolerable. With the e******n of Andrew Jackson, the two-party system was here to stay.

President John Adams was also a highly moral man and from him we get the following from the same source, "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

President Abraham Lincoln was more succinct; "Honor is better than honors." Also from Dr, Smith.

Two more quotes from Dr. Smith’s work indicate the value of religion and morality in politics and in the government.” To educate a person in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society." (President Theodore Roosevelt). "When the N**is came to power, I looked to the universities that p***ed themselves upon their intellectual freedom, and they failed me. I looked to the German press, which p***ed itself on the freedom of the press, and it failed me. Until at last the churches stood alone, and that for which I once had little regard earned my respect." (Albert Einstein, after World War II).
http://acct.tamu.edu/smith/ethics/quotes.htm

While seeking reliable sources of information for this article, I found several so f**grantly biased, I considered them far too unreliable to cite here.

It is safe to say, “An individual without a connection to our Creator has refused to adopt the moral standards consistent with the House Ethics Rules or the Standards of Conduct expected of every government employee. No human is perfect and is not expected to be. However, we all expect our elected officials to act in a manner consistent with good moral behavior, to refrain from promiscuity, p********a, bestiality, homosexuality, wife beating, child abuse, c***ting, stealing and a myriad of other acts you would not want to become public knowledge.

The advent of social networking is in and of itself not evil, pernicious or causative of bad behavior. The popular networking sites have the potential of much public good and, if so inclined, users can make a travesty out of the facility of the net. Anthony Weiner is not a victim of the inhuman Twitter site, he is a violator of the site’s own rules. http://twitter.com/tos

Mr. Weiner has demonstrated extremely bad judgment, violated the House rules, and brought shame on the US House, himself and his blameless spouse. For all these indiscretions and violations, Mr. Weiner deserves to face the rules committee, stand in the Well of the House, be tried and summarily dismissed. He should not be permitted the cowardly and unpunished evasion of justice for his offenses. Good Americans neither need nor want people so lacking in character to represent them in Our House.

To clean The House, the Rules committee might reconsider the cases of Charles Rangel, Maxine Waters, Sheila Lee Jackson, Al Green, Keith Ellison, Nancy Pelosi, Rush Holt and others. Just in case the powers that be are unable to get the goods on these latter folks, I will be more than happy to provide documentary evidence. At least Pelosi and Holt could be impeached and should be.
