Dereliction of Duty

Any United States Serviceman or Woman who committed even a fraction of the offenses committed by their Commander-in-Chief, Barack Hussein Obama would have been charged with, at the very least, Dereliction of Duty under Article 92 of the UCMJ.

I should like to cite a few instances. It was the duty of Barack Obama to provide Governor Brewer of Arizona, proper advice Vis à Vis SB 1070. Rather than provide the proper advice, he compounded the problem by ordering his Attorney General, Eric Holder to file a frivolous lawsuit against her. The proper advice was, The Executive of any of the several states has the authority to repel an invader when the danger appears to be imminent (United States Constitution, Article I, Section 10, Para 3.)

Mr. Obama had the further duty under Article II, Section I Paragraph 8 to defend the Constitution of the United States, which he failed to do.

Mr. Obama stated publicly that he would not enforce The Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) Pub.L. 104-199, 110 Stat. 2419. In this his Attorney General, Eric Holder, supported him.

Mr. Obama finally released “a” Long form record of birth that has been called a forgery by a recognized expert. Mr. Obama has yet to prove his qualification to serve as POTUS.

On May 19, 2011, President Obama ordered a missile strike on the sovereign nation of Libya, an act in direct violation of the United States Constitution that states; without equivocation, only Congress has such authority under Article I, Section 8. Notwithstanding his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief of the Nation’s Armed Forces, Mr. Obama overstepped his authority and is himself responsible for untold casualties to Libyan citizens and damage to Libyan property.

Mr. Obama invited foreign powers and any interested parties to join in his lawsuit against the Sovereign State of Arizona thus diminishing the good opinion held of Governor Brewer, and the entire State of Arizona.

Mr. Obama’s obsequiousness in his duties as President and his all too frequent gaffes are a disgrace to this great nation.

For all the above, I request that immediate action be taken to introduce Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, also known as Barry Soetoro.

We need Boehner out of the speakers position so he can play golf more and stop screwing up congress. Then we need to put a man in there to start impeachment proceedings on multiple fronts and keep their heeds spinning so that they don't which direction to run. In other words I/we want strong conservative MEN in the congress to hold this i******s feet to the fire and if you can hold the rest of him to the fire so much t he better.

You would have to talk to dingy Harry Reid and the rest of the demoncrat cess pool that is in control of the senate. I do believe that there are a number of republican congressmen that would love to bring articles of impeachment against OIllegal but knowing dingy Harry the way they do they feel that there is little or no hope pf ever getting it through the senate. If there was a chance that dingy Harry would actually bring it up for a real trial in the senate I am sure that congress would follow through. But since there is about as much chance as a snowball in hell of ever being tried or even being brought up for discussion most of the congress feels it is a losing matter.

We need the whole organized crime gang out immediately. We are in overpasses.org overpasses for impeachment for obama and cops have been arresting them, harassing them, tearing signs down ect. I posted videos of it on my page. Also his whining "r****m" his own people want him gone, I also posted a video of a colored man at one of our overpass rallies. I cant believe congress and senate are doing nothing. As if they are afraid of him? They act as if they we work for them! I heard there is a group sending out forms because they are going to file lawsuit against obama and gang for everything mentioned in the constitution the corrupt gang disobeyed! Do the jews whine about holocaust? Did we whine and yell r****t when other presidents got impeached and OJ got off? No most people own up to wh**ever and move on. Wonder why all the other nationalities dont call us r****ts? Because its a sissy card and fits his crooked rear perfect! Hope I didnt offend anyone.

This will sound like a dumb question but it is based on the fact that many states have laws allowing recall e******ns. Is there anything that "we the people" can do to impeach Obama? Congress and Senate seem to lack the will or power to do so, so can we do anything aside from threatening our representatives? Roy P. Morris
