Yep the Oregon coast is hard to beat. I love it among the Jack pines where you live. I miss kokanee fishing in Miller lake and the good deer hunting. Oregon is just one fine state wherever you go. I don't think I would want to live any where else.

So very sorry for this tragedy. Every motorcyclist is potentially in danger the moment they take off on that Bike. I have owned a few over the years. I wrecked a Harley in 1981 and it is the reason I now live in Coos Bay. I spent 8 weeks in Billy Mitchell General--A VA hospital and had my shoulder reconstructed. While there a friend wrote me and persuaded me to come here to Coos Bay. I have owned a few bikes since then but as fate would have it I spend most of my road time in a pickup and I just want to get home after work. Please be careful on the road and watch out for motorcycles. It seems they are not always visable or expected when you are in a car.

Civility is difficult at times but once you put it into practice it becomes much easier. I got on this thing about 5 years ago when it was no holds barred and I admit to getting into some epic battles with words. I saw a few that went way out of bounds beyond the limits of decency and some of it was down right sickening. You can make lasting friendships here and I am here to say it does happen. One poster became a good customer and gave me over $40,000 in buisness and good ol' Slatten called me on the phone several times and actually drove up from Texas and visited me. The best thing to help minoritys would be for industry to locate near them and hire them. Lives are t***sformed through meaningful work and the obvios boost in the standard of living.

Time will tell I am sure of that much. One thing that will k**l democrats would be if they go on the attack on each other. Only one will be nominated and they better be supportive of each other. If they fall into dissenting camps well we will have trump for another term.
