A couple of dignified posters have admonished me and others, to the fact, that by reacting to fool's, it just fuels their gutter driven spew hole.

These SEWER SPEWER people are not here because they care.

It will be hard for me, but I pledge to avoid the senselessness of reprobate posters, because I want to elevate my game.

Civility is difficult at times but once you put it into practice it becomes much easier. I got on this thing about 5 years ago when it was no holds barred and I admit to getting into some epic battles with words. I saw a few that went way out of bounds beyond the limits of decency and some of it was down right sickening. Well good luck--I know there are those who will try to push buttons and get their jollies when you blow up. Let it roll off your back. This is only the internet. You can make lasting friendships here and I am here to say it does happen. One poster became a good customer and gave me over $40,000 in buisness and good ol' Slatten called me on the phone several times and actually drove up from Texas and visited me. Archie Bunker has become a lasting friend and there are others. People think I am a Liberal because I v**e Democrat but Heck I'm a gun toting hard working Liberal if I am one. I'm just me if the t***h is to be told. Best wishes to you going forward and enjoy the friends you make along the way.

Yep the Oregon coast is hard to beat. I love it among the Jack pines where you live. I miss kokanee fishing in Miller lake and the good deer hunting. Oregon is just one fine state wherever you go. I don't think I would want to live any where else.

I appreciate Oregon's beauty, I did own a nice place in Pine Grove California, 4 apple trees, blackberries, plum tree, walnut tree, grape vines, two ponds with large mouth bass and red eared perch and huge bullfrogs, blacktail deer, turkeys,... It was spectacular, but was too close to Sacramento for me.(less than an hour)

Good for you. I have those you mentioned placed on my "Ignore List". I have asked admin to not allow any comments from them to even show where I even see it. This can't be done according to admin. So I just look at the author and if it is one of them, I just scroll over it. Actually I see no function in even having the Ignore List.
I have been toying with reposting some of the nastier incitements to r**t to the Secret Service to see if they are interested in this spewing of ignorant h**e or our elected president. Perhaps they are.

Also though I would certainly miss several of our posters, if admin doesn't provide and enforce some better rules for post content, I am out of here. I liken this aggravation to going into a bar or pool room where the conversation isn't rewarding in any sense. What do you do? Exit the joint.
