How was this guy ever elected? Did his constituents know he was this ignorant when they sent him to Washington, DC as their representative?

Why yes, as a matter of fact, it is offensive and d********g, among other things not to be expressed in polite company.

Rivers wrote:

"[O]ffensive and inaccurate". Yes, "inaccurate" could be added to the terms “offensive and d********g” to describe this a*********n.

Gee, I wonder why? Could it be that they're extremely busy trying to answer the flood of outraged calls their boss' very ignorant decision has generated? More than likely they simply gave up, and once the voicemail's full, all these 'angry white people' will be getting a busy tone. By then, maybe, just maybe, the message will have gotten through that this 'painting' has no future in a public place. (Seriously, just what kind of i***t...)

What are the odds that someone will deface it in some way and this political hack will point to that as proof of the 'intolerance' that pervades the 'angry white males' who spent the day filling his voicemail?

As for me, I'll just add this to the lengthening list of reasons that I could never be a cop. Protect this guy? My ass! I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.

President-elect Trump has promised to slash federal regulations, even pledging to cut two current rules for every one he imposes. Congressional leaders have also promised to slash rules and regulations that have escalated under Obama.

Since 1993, almost 1.43 million Federal Register pages have been published (as of 2015). This year’s edition estimates the total federal regulatory burden at $1.8 trillion per year and growing. That's more than half the size of the Federal budget. It's also more than $64,000 on average per business, per year. In it's first year, the 1936 Federal Register was 2,620 pages long. It has grown steadily since then, with the 2012 edition weighing in at 78,961 pages. The people of the middle class haven't 'gone' anywhere, they've simply been regulated into poverty. They're all on food stamps!

The Environmental Protection Agency alone has issued 46,989 pages of regulations since 1994. That's an average of 2,350 per year, or almost 12 per day in a 200 working-day year. Every day, year in, year out. How can anyone possibly run a business and keep up with the ever-changing rules and regulations just from the EPA? And then there's the rest of the government agencies making up the other 79,000 or so pages just from the last year. One word: Impossible.

Last year, the Federal Register contained 81,611 pages with only one more day left before the new year. In 2014, there were 77,687 pages. The previous record high was in 2010 with 81,405 pages. 2015 takes that record. Easily. President Obama is accountable for six out of the seven yearly all-time high Federal Register page counts, according to CEI. They just keep going up. For 2016, the Federal Register ends the year at another all-time high, 96,994 pages.

“Among this year’s [2015] pages so far are 3,378 final rules and regulations. Of those final rules, 545 are recognized as having effects on small businesses.” No indication of the cost increase though.

If President Trump is going to make any kind of dent in the (literal) tower of regulations (our 1.43 million-page stack would be 476 feet tall) currently in force, he would need to cut more than two per new regulation. Maybe start with 1,000 and see how it goes from there.

"They should not be leaking to the media. If there's evidence, let's see it."

You won't see it because there isn't any. This administration has spent the last 8 years apologizing for anything and everything to everyone and anyone and now, all of a sudden, he grows a pair? With 3 weeks left before it's 'bon voyage'? I have a different theory:

Our current Commander-in-Chief spent the last 8 years kow-towing to all and sundry because he was deathly afraid of upsetting or offending anyone who doesn't 'like' us in any way. From the first day, we have seen him pay lip service to the most egregious ideas both domestically and internationally, all the while giving sleight and offense to our international allies. He removes the oval office bust of Winston Churchill, a gift from a grateful nation, and puts it where it won't be seen. At the same time, he takes his first 'apology tour' and bows to an Arab king. The entire world looked on as their collective mouths dropped.

Let's continue the list on Britain:

Feb 2009: Obama takes bust of Churchill out of the Oval Office.

March 2009: Obama “too tired,” to properly host Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

March 2009: Obama gives Prime Minister Gordon Brown a box of DVD’s - "[A] gift about as exciting as a pair of socks” reported the Daily Telegraph.

April 2009: Obama gives Queen Elizabeth an iPod. The MP3 player came pre-loaded with photos from President Obama’s inauguration and audio files of the president’s speech as a senator to the 2004 Democratic National Convention and his 2009 inauguration address.

September 2009: Obama refuses private meeting with Prime Minister Gordon Brown during UN Summit. During a United Nations summit in New York, Obama refused five separate requests from the Prime Minister for a private meeting.

April 2009: First Lady Michelle Obama breaks protocol by touching the Queen’s back. According to the Daily Telegraph, “Some observers winced at the sight of that hand pressed firmly across the royal back. They thought it an appalling solecism and an offense against the Queen’s dignity.”

January 2011: Obama calls France America’s ‘strongest ally’.

May 2011: After toasting the Queen, Obama continues speaking as the band starts playing ‘God Save the Queen.’ This awkward moment had both countries wincing, as the President presumed to keep speaking even though the band started playing. The BBC notes: According to protocol, however, he (Obama) should have stopped after the toast.

May 2011: Barack Obama signs wrong date in Westminster Abbey visitor’s book. President Obama visited Westminster Abbey in 2011, but signed the guestbook dating his entry as May 24, 2008.

May 2011: Barack Obama snubs British scientists by refusing to receive Royal Society medal.

December 2011: President Obama refers to the British Embassy as the “English Embassy”.

June 2012: President Obama refers to the Falkland Islands as ‘the Maldives’. This was a mistake on top of a gaffe, as the Maldives are actually in the Indian Ocean. Obama was trying to say “Malvinas” — the name given to the Falkland Islands by the Argentine government, a British possession which Argentina invaded in 1982. This was the British equivalent of suggesting that the U.S. hand Pearl Harbor over to the Japanese.

All that, and the first term wasn't even over yet. Now about 'everyone else'...

President Obama cancelled a working missile defense that was to have been based in Poland. He did it to appease the country which divided Poland with the N**is in 1939 -- that would be Russia. And he did it on the 70th anniversary – to the day – of the German invasion of that country. That is a mortal insult to a brave people and stalwart ally.

In Honduras, another American ally in sea of socialism and dictators, the ruling Honduran President tried extra-constitutional measures to extend his term; a move rejected by the Honduran courts and also by the Honduran people. But the Obama administration ignored this, and essentially said they would not do business again with Honduras unless the proto-dictator was re-seated.

Now onto Israel, the only western country in the most volatile region of the world. First, Vice President Biden starts an international incident by exploding over the fact that a developer in Jerusalem – Israel’s capital city, remember – simply wanted to build more units on existing property. Obama and his administration turned it into a crisis about “expanding settlements.” Later, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, being officially received at the White House, was not allowed to enter through the front door, but rather had to come in through the rear like a house servant. The President of the United States dictated his conditions to one of our closest allies, and when the Israeli Prime Minister began to discuss these ultimatums, President Obama told him to work it out with his low-level advisors as he was off to have dinner with Mrs. Obama.
That is ASTONISHING in the degree of studied, intentional, diplomatic insult and humiliation. That’s not an accident, or inexperience, or even incompetence. You know, wars have been fought over less than that.

I hereby accuse the North American empire of being the biggest menace to our planet. - Hugo Chavez - More on that later.

He sides with Venezuela and Cuba – another brutal dictatorship – against our allies Columbia and Honduras.

He campaigned on having no-conditions, high-level meetings with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the rabid, barking-mad dictator of a country – Iran -- that is responsible for virtually all of the ongoing acts of terror leveled against the US since they declared war on America in 1979, and which grows daily closer to developing and using an atomic bomb.

In Afghanistan President Obama has made it clear to the Taliban that they will not be crushed as the Iraqi insurgents were under George Bush’s surge, but will rather simply have to run out the clock until some arbitrary date for our publicly scheduled retreat in shame and defeat.

He bows to Saudi Princes.

He praises the Mullahs against the protestors giving their lives for freedom in the streets of Tehran as they are shot dead trying to topple our mortal enemy.

Instead of using the influence of his office to pressure Egyptian President Mubarak on freedom FROM DAY ONE, he instead mangles the situation in such a way that no ally we have in the world has the slightest confidence in us whatsoever.

And finally, the boy who was raised in Indonesia can return as a man and as President to the land of his childhood -- where Israelis are not allowed to set foot in the country; where, in some provinces anyway, Sharia courts allow stoning to death for adultery; where 100 lashes with a whip is meted out for the crime of homosexuality; where female circumcision is practiced openly; where so-called “honor m********ns” go unpunished, if not openly celebrated, and where political and religious repression exist that would boggle the American mind -- and say, with his megawatt smile, that Indonesia and America are bound together by “shared values.”

All this is just the foreign policy stuff. The domestic policy stuff is far longer, deeper and wider, and much worse.

And then there's the personal stuff. There are still, after 8 years, questions about his birth and education that throw doubt on even his eligibility to be President. After 8 freaking years! How is that even possible?

Adding all this together, I can only come to one conclusion:

This guy showed up with a prearranged agenda that was designed to reduce America to the level of a banana republic in the eyes of the world and bring the American people to the brink of civil war, the like of which would make the War of Northern Aggression seem tame in comparison. He has belittled those who take p***e in their country and reduced the middle class to a smouldering remnant of what it was when he took office. He has made every effort to destroy our way of life and lay waste to the (Christian) values this country was founded on.

Welcome to Jihad in America, Obama style.

Oh, about that Chavez quote:
Just 3 more weeks, and it will all be over. Let's hope the cleanup doesn't take another 8 years.

Simply read up on each person's history, from both sides of the aisle, and what their job will be. An example, for Education, a woman who pushes Charter Schools. For Homeland Security, a military person. For the EPA, a man who is against the EPA. Getting the drift? What am I thinking? You Trumpettes could care less. It is not America you care about, it is your ideology. Spoiler alert: they are not the same thing. T***h is utterly meaningless to you guys.
