This is up to you, if you care about our country and liberty. Research all his appointments and the positions he gave them. A very ugly pattern will slowly emerge. If I told you what the pattern was, I would just get insults. See for yourself. Will you bother? I would if you said it about Obama. There are no media or blogs to read. Simply read up on each person's history, from both sides of the aisle, and what their job will be. An example, for Education, a woman who pushes Charter Schools. For Homeland Security, a military person. For the EPA, a man who is against the EPA. Getting the drift? What am I thinking? You Trumpettes could care less. If something challenges or contradicts your beliefs, you dismiss it or insult it when what you really want to do is invoke your 2nd Amendment right and shoot it. I worked as a proofreader and I disagree. The phrase "I couldn't care less" is grammatically correct. The speaker is saying that they could not care less. It is not implicit or implied that they might be inclined to care more. The commonly (and improperly) used phrase "I COULD care less" absolutely has an implication that less care could be assigned. There is no comparison between your example of an actual double negative and the phrase to which you compare it.

Sorry, you & he are wrong. The expression originally was, "I couldn't care less," which means, "I care as little as I can," which means "I don't care at all," or "I care zero." "I could care less," actually says that the speaker could care a lot less so he cares more than the minimal or even zero.

It's logic.
