I am sure he is planning to implement Marshall Law. His other breaks with the law and constitution that I have seen is his unwillingness to work with Congress and passing legislation action without their approval, his support of terrorist nations and their leaders, he sent money to nations that funelled the money to terrorists. Lets not forget how he bowed to the Saudi Arabian King. He sent people in his administration and supported a group that was trying to oust Netanyahu with our tax payer money. He is trying pretty damn hard to destroy us financially again making it easier to declare Marshall Law. He has released deadly terrorists back into the world from Guatanamo to continue k*****g and fight against the rest of civilized world. He released 5 violent terrorists to get back an American t*****r and deserter. He has alienated us from our Allies and reached out to our enemies. I am sure I can come up with some other things if I thought about it a little longer. So in answer to your question, I do not think he will willingly leave office and if he is not stopped, he will declare Marshall Law or worse yet, Shariah Law.
