This one blows my mind; who is so F-ing stupid as to use frigging gorilla glue on their head as hairspray? Okay... all reasonable answers are going to naturally be seriously r****t. If you are so frigging stupid as to use gorilla glue on your head, you bring the stupid down on your whole race...you just do.

Look at the picture of her, and let the reasonable comments ensue. And I'm going to add something pertinent to the idea of a lawsuit, giving a suit like this the time of day is dangerous because it will encourage a rash of similar intentional stupidities on other products, some quite nasty.

Too many people are post sitters instead of fence straddlers! At least if you are straddling the fence, you might know both sides of the issue.

What's with this use of the word h**e? People can be against something they know is wrong without hating it. Don't bring your hatred of everything you don't like to the other side that is nowhere near hating what they disagree with. You use the word h**e so that you can feel justified in hating the opposition; h**e leads to bad things. H**e has elements of fear.

H**e is corrosive; it destroys the host from the inside. It distorts perspectives and twists the t***h into something unrecognizable. Speaking h**eful things destroys relationships with family and friends. In a closed, unforgiving mind, h**e festers, destroying the goodness of the host's mind and soul.

Unchecked, hatred leads to violence and destruction—evil flourishes when a society enables hatred and those who oppose it. Kingdoms topple. H**e-filled individuals discredit history and books of faith because they hold an accounting--with evidence of h**e-filled actions.

Learned not to refer to g****r last two years on a retail job. "How may I help you?"

A cute little boy in unisex jeans and teeshirt had braids and earrings in both ears, butch female in workshirt, buzz cut, droopy jeans--that was not a sir, and a person in a church Sunday dress outfit--hat, heels, large purse, makeup, and long red nails--had chest hair and five o'clock shadow.

Then again, the obvious male in a suit was very unhappy when I didn't add a sir to the greeting.

If those who v**ed for open borders would put their money where their mouth is, we could solve two problems at once.

For v**ers who want open borders, tear down the fences around your homes (and government buildings), leave the windows down on your cars, take off the doors of your homes. You can fire security--armed forces, police, private security, federal or state law officers. Nothing to guard here, everyone's welcome in your home.

If you want to increase immigration numbers, you personally sponsor someone looking to enter legally. Give them a job. Give them a place to stay on your property.

And while you are at it, sponsor a least one homeless American citizen's family. Give them a job, give them a place to live on your property.

If you are not willing to do the same thing for an American citizen in need that you are willing to do for non-citizens, you are a r****t hypocrite. <Snark>

Something a good friend that is hard conservative has said for years has bothered me, and I have tried to write about it to hear what people say about it, but it finally really clicked on things he was saying among the totally backwards rhetoric his head is filled with. It came about with how he reconciles the crap he believes when faced with a friend trying to tell him facts that can be proved.

When I would say let me prove to you the facts I am basing my position on, and here's the part that says it all...

...he says this is a free country, that means you are free to believe that, I don't believe that, that is my right to believe wh**ever I want to. I told him we are talking about the difference between facts and beliefs that have nothing to do with facts. You can believe wh**ever you want, that will never make it the t***h; 50 million other clueless people can believe it as well, and it will never be the t***h and reality, the only reality being that there are 50 million clueless and ignorant people. The t***h is wh**ever the facts are, whether you agree with or believe them or not.

He wanted to know what makes what I believe right and what he believes wrong. I told him to start with he can't tell me a single detail about what he believes; he knows nothing about it; I asked him why he would continue to believe something he knows nothing about when he's talking to someone who could provide a hundred details on it that he's never heard of?

That revelation that this is how people whose heads are filled with garbage believe it is their god-given constitutional right to believe wh**ever they want to, and they don't have to prove it or understand anything about it.
Something a good friend that is hard conservative ... (show quote)

Start with me, please.

I'm a conservative, registered independent who has been trying for decades to limit political leaders to one term, two at the most. V**ed three sides of the aisle when available.

Our current entrenched politicians are not working for American citizens.

Take this new C***d ** bill, download, and read it. It's a gigantic giveaway, enslaving our citizens under a planet of debt for generations to come. I only read part of it, then wrote my congressmen stating I wanted them to v**e no--the sucker passed and has to go back to the house, where undoubtedly it will be amended and passed again. Congressional responses were nonresponsive to my questions. If anyone steps up to challenge these entrenched incumbents they have my v**e.

Neither side of the aisle is putting Americans first. Makes me wonder where their loyalties lie--it is not with American citizens.

Party platforms change over time. I cannot prove it with facts; however, I know it to be true.

How we live has changed over time--not all of it is good.

Entitlement has grown way out of proportion and those who deserve it the least seem to want it the most.

For the last few e******ns, I have been unable to v**e for the liberal party's platform because it does not conform with my values. I took the time to download and read both major parties' platforms before v****g. That doesn't make me deranged, that makes me informed.

As one epic movie line states, 'You first." Explain what you believe and why, back it up with facts instead of posting a vague, murky post attacking a vague conservative friend.

This one trump chump is starting to see the light, faced with extended jail time people get to looking at things differently.

The Capitol decked out in a fur hat with horns is now willing to testify against his former hero Donald Trump at the former president’s impeachment trial, according to his lawyer.

Jacob Chansley of Arizona, who calls himself the “Q***n Shaman,” feels that he has been “betrayed” by Trump, who failed to pardon him and others who attacked the Capitol, said attorney Al Watkins, The Associated Press reported.

Watkins said in a statement Thursday that Chansley is willing to discuss “whether the words of former President Trump were understood by Mr. Chansley to be nothing short of an invitation to go to the Capitol with the president to fight like hell,” the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Chansley — also known as Jake Angeli — had been “horrendously smitten” with Trump, and believed he was following the then-president’s orders in the i**********n at the Capitol, Watkins explained.

Watkins said he hasn’t yet spoken to any member in the Senate since announcing his offer Thursday.

Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate is set to begin the week of Feb. 8. Testimony from someone like Chansley, who believes he was following orders, could be critical in determining if Trump is guilty of the “incitement of i**********n” article of impeachment that was filed against him by the House.

Chansley told investigators he came to the Capitol “at the request of the president that all ‘patriots’ come to D.C. on J****** 6,” according to court records.

I think someone knows how crazy people on the right can be. They showed who they were on January sixth.

I have watched politicians on both sides fail to call out the lawlessness when r**ts, burning properties, l**ting businesses, attacking police stations and courthouses, and assualting people have occurred over the last year. Some of those same politicians have posted bail for the lawbreakers. Mayors and governors have told the police to stand down.

I have watched our politicians' name call people with opposing viewpoints. They suggested their own party's followers confront, make unwelcome, blacklist, jail people for daring to disagree with a prescribed perspective--in open Congress.

I have watched the politicians call for the expulsion of duly elected Congress members and the re-education of those who do not have the right political mindset.

I make no apology for believing God created male and female beings; scientific fact backs it up.

I resent our lawmakers reducing us to formless entities instead of celebrating our contributions to this nation as members of families with established familial identies.

I make no apology for believing men and women should go to restrooms, locker rooms that match their physical attributes.

I make no apology for believing we should live in the bodies God designed, instead of pretending a surgeon can alter our appearance and make us different sex than that which our DNA provides proof.

I believe life begins at conception, and a******n is k*****g that child. Every child, every baby, has a soul, even as every adult has a soul.

I don't believe in multiple g****rs. I believe God has given each one of us unique talents, life sk**ls, and strengths. We should use those sk**ls in the bodies he gave us.

I make no apology for thinking every v**er should have valid identification.

I make no apology for wanting legal immigrants.

I make no apology for wanting to protect our country's borders.

I don't believe material things are free. Someone, somewhere, must pay for it.

I have watched as persons on this forum vilified each other instead of having an open civil debate. I don't care which political party you blindly follow. I do care for you as an individual. I hope and pray that you think for yourself.

What are your beliefs, ideology? Can you articulate them? Or would you instead call others names, disrespect, or bully them?

I am horrified by the h**e spewed towards others on this forum. Closed minds are not open to learning, empathy, growth, or love toward one another. Hatred rots the host from within, leaving a warped perception of life.

The choice is and has always been our own. We can be the best person, the best role model for our family and community, or we can destroy our contributions to humanity by our rhetoric and our actions.

I will probably get some flack on this; however, I couldn't stay silent. I had to respond to this attack.

The person I am quoting before replying might want to check the beams in their own eyes before pointing out the splinters others have in theirs. They need a proofreader, a good one!

Would I take the opinion of someone with a 3rd-grade education and life experiences over someone who just received their doctorate? Absolutely. I have read "learned" individual opinions and considered their opinions lacking in commonsense and fiscal responsibility. Quite a few are currently serving in our Congress.

"You can stick up for the dummies on OPP," name-calling--really?

"...do I have to respect their opinion because of their low level of education? Well, you figure it out BTW, most of them just repeat talking points. [T]they don't have any original thoughts that all of a sudden [,] they came up with.[Ending with a preposition?] Lonely is a perfect examine." [Shouldn't that be example?]

"He hasn't had an original thought since he's been on OPP.[/quote] Assuming facts, not in evidence, are you not?

There are some very learned persons with doctorates with whom I'm afraid I have to disagree. When they dismiss my viewpoint because of my perceived intelligence or lack of comparable education, I believe that they demonstrate a marked intolerance of others' viewpoints and puff their own importance. What is the phrase? Oh, yes, "they are a legend in their own mind."

My father only had a third-grade education. As the oldest son capable of working the family farm, he quit school to help his dad on the tenant farm so his family and siblings could eat.

He taught his children faith, a work ethic, humanity, humility, family before possessions, compassion, tolerance, and honesty. We were at church every service. We knew right from wrong. We were thankful for our blessings and learned to share and help others by example. My dad never preached. He walked the walk.

Disabled in his 20s, the doctors said he'd not live past 35--praise God, he made it to 70. He never complained about his lot in life. He never put anyone down. He might not be considered a success by persons with a doctorate; however, he raised four law-abiding Christian children and never felt entitled to something he didn't earn by his own hard work.

He taught his children fiscal responsibility--never put your home up for collateral, pay off all bills each month, don't go into debt for nonessentials, don't co-sign loans, save for the unexpected.

I don't have a college degree. I have taken some secondary education classes over the years at technical schools--paying as I went. Now for some puffing of my own. Forty years after I graduated high school, I passed a college entrance exam and took a few classes. This tells me one of two things, I retain knowledge well, or teachers are not teaching our children well in school. I'm betting on the last option.

Have you ever considered that those posting here have the right to put their views forth despite a lack of education or developed writing sk**ls?

When one calls them out on spelling or grammar mistakes, the "editor" demonstrates a lack of tolerance and dismisses the original writer's point.

When posting using "Quote Reply," the respondent can correct the grammar--no harm, no foul.
