This one blows my mind, who is so F-ing stupid as to use frigging gorilla glue on their head as hairspray? Okay... all reasonable answers are going to naturally be seriously r****t. If you are so frigging stupid as to use gorilla glue on your head you bring the stupid down on your whole race...you just do.

Look at the picture of her, and let the reasonable comments ensue. And I'm going to add something pertinent to the idea pf a lawsuit, giving a suit like this the time of day is dangerous because it will encourage a rash of similar intentional stupidities on other products, some quite nasty.

They will lose the lawsuit because they didn't specifically state on the instructions to not use it on hair.

She is forbidden from using Superglue because she once glued her shirt to her nipple. True story!!
The end of the tube was clogged, and she kept squeezing till the back popped, and then she wore a cotton nipple for a while.

Years ago I saw a disclaimer in the literature accompanying a gun I purchased that had: Warning! do not store in a stove or oven. Means some i***t must have and it blew up.

Read the article I posted, it's by Law and Crime that sticks to facts pretty well. They cover the ins and outs of what constitutes a "reasonable" defense. Gorilla Glue covers it with multiple forms of not touching it to your skin, no use is close to being used on skin or body parts.

Your wife did an accidental unintended type thing anyone could inadvertently do...and I'm sorry, b****s have some unfortunate hair, and they do some weird stuff with it, Lol

Actually people have gotten handguns wet and thought a little dryout in the oven would do the trick rather than taking it all apart. I can somehow picture the guy who got a bit aggressive with the heat and figured he'd dry the bullets out too.

Several years ago when I was 'pulled' to work in the ER, a woman brought in her 4 yo daughter who put super glue on her lips. She ended up in surgery to re-open her mouth and had to have plastic surgery later. No lawsuit. The mother stated she'd be more careful with her daughter and make sure she couldn't get to possibly injurious substances.
