Even if the border bill was a good one, which it isn't, giving money to foreign governments would be enough reason to not pass it . The dems always try tacking on extra expenses to any bill that has half a chance of passing, ensuring that it won't pass. And we don't really need a border bill if they just enforce the laws already on the books.
