Good luck finding a physician. At this very time, I can name six people, all in different geographic locations, that took over six weeks, or more, to find a physician. Why? Almost none of the physicians in each of those areas were accepting Medicare patients.

Hmm..because many physicians are refusing to accept new Medicare patients.

The word is "free." As in free short and long-term healthcare, free education through university, a free wage as a basic income, House loans at 2%, ditto for cars, 4 weeks of paid vacation by law, 6 weeks of pregnancy leave for both parents, and a yearly 10% bonus before Christmas. All at taxpayer expense.

If it is at the expense of the taxpayer - then it is not "free".

That might be possible if we could remove the pork from the federal budget. For instance pay only our fair share of the UN budget 1/193, eliminate funding the 'arts' and NPR, reduce foreign aid by 10% and there's likely a hundred or so more 'feel good' useless items that could go. And, eliminate the income cap on Medicare & SS tax contributions, the millionaires & billionaires can handle it - oh and members of congress have to contribute also.

I understand there are problems that will have to be worked out. There are those that can't afford medical care and would be able to with Medicare for All. It just makes sense that all deserve health care. Don't they? My health care is taken care of with both medicare and VA I guess I have been lucky I have always gotten excellent care from my VA Docs and when I had my 2 TVAs and my neck surgery I had excellent care in public hospital (Doctors Hosp Tuscaloosa AL) Yes I know the problem is how to pay for it especially with our massive crushing deficit. I still think it could be worked out for the benefit of all. If not Medicare for All then at least let those without health insurance because of cost can get insurance. And care The same goes for the cost of prescriptions there has to be away for cheaper products and the companies still make decent profits.
