The only way you influence Putin is economically. Biden's policies have actually enriched Moscow. Complete sanctions is the only way to starve the bear.

I would destroy Russia economically if I were the one calling the shots . If Putin made one single threat of military retaliation the Moscow parking lot operation would begin .
