My opening paragraph/statement, which I reposted later, stated my take on what was written. I would not contest your pointing out the error(s) in historical text. I didn't attempt to correct them, but, as a cut 'n paste...I stayed true to his writing. Although I knew the stirred hornet's nest effect the post would create, I spoke the t***h when I stated I agreed with the overall gist of the opinion/viewpoints expressed by the author.

Debunk all you wish, my friend, but I can't see it reaching the author. And once again, as I stated in my opening remarks, I concur with much...if not all or most...of what was written.

Albets; what I'm about to post will no doubt cause a lot of turmoil on this site, but I have to do it;
After much reflection, I have come to a very sad conclusion about our fellow Americans that support Trump.... Either they are just too naïve to understand what Trump is up too and fall for his lies lock, stock, and barrel, or, they are indeed just as r****t and malignant as Trump and therefore are actually proud to support him. Either way leaves a bad taste in the mouth and sorely dampens the American spirit.

Seth: it is not uncommon for one party to project their bad deeds onto the other party. Multiple news stories from multiple sites have reported on several states that were 'gerrymandered' by republicans to alter the v**e tally. I have noticed that the republicans have nothing substantial by way of legislation to offer [think: what happened to that great healthcare plan that was ready to go on Day One, or the defeat of ISIS in 30 days, or the great tax plan to help the middle class?] - it does not surprise me that they (republicans) must steal v**es in order to get elected. sad.

What are you talking about the right obstructed everything Obama tried to do. You people denigrated attacked Obama as a Kenyan never excepted anything that showed he was an born in Hawaii denigrated his family as being monkey’s that Obama was gay and any other d********g thing you could come up with.

But that’s not the topic it was Trump creating an embargo that already exist for over 60 years. Trump is my president but I am getting tired of his constant lies. Why is it that none of his lies ever get questioned by the Trump supporters and if not held accountable Trump just continues and people like you except it.

Trump again plays the tough guy with his base and again makes a fool of himself in this country and around the world.

Trumps tough guy comment if Cuba does not stay out of the Venezuela he will create an embargo. But in typical fashion Trump has no idea that the US had an embargo against Cuba since 1958. Trump can’t make policy when he doesn’t know what policies already exist. Trump has no clue what the policies that he is supposed to be running are.

I guess now the Cubans will be scared out of there wits to know that Trump is going to put in place an embargo that has existed for more than 60 years.

Trump has no idea what the Cuban/Venezuela relationship is. It has nothing to do with military action it’s a long term relationship with Venezuela subsidies to Cuba for oil and in return Cuba pays with Medical services and Medicine.

Why is this so called tuff guy Trump injecting himself in the middle of a trade agreement between Cuba and Venezuela. It shows again and again that Trump is un-Fit to run this country and constantly makes this country looks k foolish.

Just remember Trump supporters your commander in chief so called tuff guy MAGA is imposing an embargo that has been in place for 60 years.

Minutes before Mueller's 448-page report was released Thursday morning, Barr held a press conference for his second attempt to describe the fictional report he wishes Mueller's team had written. As if he had been hacked by Trump's Twitter feed, he repeated some version of the phrase "no collusion" over and over and over.

We soon learned that Mueller's report couldn't possibly clear Trump of "collusion." Why? It clearly states with the first few pages it does not even address the "concept of 'collusion.'" Did Barr not read the report or was he just bolstering Trump's base with what they wanted to hear.

Even before special counsel Robert Mueller's report was released, anyone who had a TV knew that President Donald Trump was too corrupt and c*********d for his office. Now we know the same is true for his attorney general, William Barr.

For weeks, Barr has been trying to sell us a Mueller report that simply does not exist.

The actual Mueller report, beneath all the redactions, details one of the most successful foreign disruptions of an American e******n in the history of the republic. It reveals a p**********l campaign eager to suck up the benefits of this "sweeping and systematic" interference, and it unmasks a president who attempted to commit multiple crimes to cover the whole thing up.

But beyond all those revelations, this process has shown we are in an emergency unlike anything we've seen since Watergate. Barr has proven that he is determined to help Trump get away with some of the most unpatriotic and corrupt acts ever committed by a president.

Barr also repeated the sentence fragment that played a starring role in his memo that attempted to exonerate the president: " … the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its e******n i**********e activities."

Soon, the world finally saw the whole big shocking sentence:

Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit e*******lly from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its e******n i**********e activities.

In other words, both sides were working toward the same goal. Mueller merely couldn't prove that they had coordinated their efforts in ways that specifically violated the law.

For instance, the famed "Trump Tower meeting," where the "Crown prosecutor of Russia ... offered to provide the Trump Campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary (Clinton)," didn’t lead to any prosecutions. This isn't because it wasn't illegal. It's because "the government would unlikely be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the June 9 meeting participants had general knowledge that their conduct was unlawful."
Congress can apply obstruction laws to Trump

Barr also lied to the public when he stated in his press conference that Mueller did not "indicate" that he was leaving the question of obstruction of justice to the Congress.

The report lays out 10 instances of possible criminal obstruction ranging from "Termination of FBI Director Comey" to "The President's Conduct Involving Michael Cohen." It then explicitly says "we concluded that Congress has authority to prohibit a President's corrupt use of his authority in order to protect the integrity of the administration of justice."

The report then also reminded us why Congress has this power: "The conclusion that Congress may apply the obstruction laws to the President 's corrupt exercise of the powers of office accords with our constitutional system of checks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law."

Checks and balances. Remember those? They come from something else Barr expects you to never read: The Constitution.

You keep misspelling whining, your pathetic i***t Pumpkinfuhrer just whines and lies. Barr’s press conference was just a silly side show in the Trump Circus. Trump and his crime family are dripping with guilt as can be seen clearly in the report despite the covered up redactions. Now congress can peal back the rest of the onion and get to its rotten core. Already subpoenas have been delivered to Trumps bank, the State of New York is forking over his tax returns, and the southern district is very likely to indict him in Manhattan Federal Court for felony campaign finance charges. The one honest thing out of Trumps mouth in the past couple of years wasn’t even televised.
