Frankly, I expect nature to eventually provide a massive p******c of far greater proportions than anything such as SARS-CoV-2, or anything mankind can create. I have no idea when or how long from now, nor does anyone else. It could be decades, it could be centuries. But it is a cinch that we (meaning the world) can't continue the way we have been; approaching 8 billion people, climate patterns changing, which changes the rainfall patterns, causes increased intensity of storms and droughts, causing millions to be displaced, millions to starve, millions without water which is necessary for life, and this will cause great upheavals in domestic and international policy, immigration of refugees, food production, increased stress on already stressed areas of the world leading to complete collapse of some countries. Get ready for the coming invasion of our country. Or, bury your head in the sand, or sleepwalk through life. After all, Ignorance is bliss.

Below is how Trump has made America great. Over 72,000 dead, over 30 million unemployed, bailed out the corporate elite with $2.6 trillion deficit spending socialism stimulus package, massive food lines, armed N**i f**g carrying protestors, allowing the states to go bankrupt. The armed protestors are good people. But he did not say what kind of people who were in food lines.

All those people starving and America is great again.

But in the Trump supporter bubble America is great. There still trying to justify the total failure of Trump who finally has destroyed something another Obama accomplishment by destroying the economy that he inherited from Obama. By putting Biden in Office he has the experience to fix another republican created recession. After all Biden was the VP with Obama when he fixed the Bush recession. This nation is getting use to Republican induced recessions then elect a democrat to fix.

Democrats are getting good at fixing Republican induced Recessions.

Thanks for the update. I'm in MA, over 4100 perished so far. Essential workers are going in here also. All Dr and dentist offices closed. Hospitals have cancelled all elective surgeries. Restaurants are closed although some have take out only. Most places close at 4 or 6. Today, it is mandatory to wear a mask outside (if you can't stay 6 ft away). Many towns have made it mandatory to wear them in stores. I find the worst thing is grocery shopping. Out the darndest things. One day no salt, I mean really. I think they just didn't restock. Now it's looking like meat is going the way of toilet paper (I bet vegans love that, no offense intended if your a vegan). A couple of the Super Wal-Mart's have closed due to large number c***d employees (Worcester & Quincy ). Over 80 in one store but I don't recall which one. A couple of employee deaths in some of the stories. You take care of yourself.

Its not as bad as the newspapers make you think. Most people in my neighborhood are essential workers so they still go to work every day. We go to the grocery store, Home Depot, Walmart, doctor and dentist visits, walks on the beach or around the block (with massive social distancing, of course). EVERYONE wears a mask, no joke, and washes their hands in the store and again when they get home. We don't wipe down things we buy in the store but then again most of what we buy we put in the freezer or in a closet, wash our hands again, and don't use that stuff for a couple of days. I don't see how much different it would be if all the small businesses and restaurants were open using the same restrictions we are using now with "essential" businesses, especially upstate where there are 30 counties with 100 cases and 5 deaths or fewer. I think it will be really great going to a nice restaurant and not have the next party essentially sitting in your lap like it used to be.
